Nice cozy hotel
Pros:

Very good location friendly staff, nice sea view from room.

Cons:

The room I received was not clean. I asked them to clean it again. It was cleaned to my satisfaction.

For a Quick trip to Busan — this is the one.
Pros:

Very centrally located. Directly across Busan station. Numerous food options outside the hotel. We felt safe walking around even late at night.

Cons:

None comes to mind. It served its purpose for our first time in Busan.

Convenient and comfortable stay
Pros:

The hotel is located beside Busan station which makes it very convenient since it is near to the ferry terminal. The hotel room was clean and beds were comfortable. They provided bed guards for our children too.

Cons:

They provided paper cups instead of glass cups. No amenities provided in the room. Also, no utensils in the room.

Great location and great room!
Pros:

Great location, a walk from the international ferry/port terminal, and across the road from Busan Stations (both subway and high-speed rail). There is a starbucks and convenience store on ground floor, so you can grab a coffee on your way out and purchase or top up your travel card at the store.

The room was extremely spacious and clean, and we were upgraded to a waterfront views room on 18th floor, so we could look out over the harbour and watch the light shows on Busan Harbour Bridge.

Staff were friendly, accommodating, and spoke English. We left our luggage there earlier in the day before check-in. Check out was simple.

Cons:

Hotel unable to facilitate luggage forwarding, however they did provide guidance on where in Busan station we could organise this.

Pros:

這次入住是海景雙人房，景觀很美，房間插座都有轉接頭和USB，飯店前面就是地鐵、火車站(搭乘KTX非常方便)和公車，周邊餐廳便利商店咖啡廳都有，很便利。飯店櫃檯人員態度佳，有任何問題都願意協助幫忙解決，是下次會優先考慮入住的飯店。

Great location
Pros:

This hotel is next to Busan station so you can easily reach any location by public transport. The room was comfortable, had everything you neee for a short stay.

The room has a bit hot, a/c was not working properly.
