Amazing resort with lush garden, delicious food and gorgeous staff.
We got upgraded to a beautiful one bedroom pool room

Relaxing resort a few minutes away from Ubud town centre, away from the traffic of Ubud.

Amazing retreat, the whole resort is amazing and the staff, are even better. From check in to check out, everyone smiles, knows your name and can’t do enough to make sure you are comfortable.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa with a pool, it was huge and had everything you could need.

The resort has 2 other infinity pools with great views across Ubud.

Breakfast is at the main restaurant and has great variety for the everyone, meat and veg options.

We had a lovely dinner at the main restaurant and also had dinner at their BBQ evening on the rooftop restaurant, amazing views from there.

They operate a regular shuttle to and from Ubud town centre.

My children and I loved our stay here and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Ubud.

A beautiful property with very helpful staff. My room was well appointed. The restaurant and bar were fantastic. I enjoyed the included breakfast. My only negative would be the amount of times staff asked me to give them 5 stars in my reviews. They deserve 5 stars as it’s a great property.

This property was amazing. The views from the pool and the rooftop were incredible. But I must say that what made this stay special was the staff. My wife and I came for our honeymoon, and they went out of their way to make it special. Everyone was so attentive and friendly. The food was also great, and so was the spa.

Peaceful place in the jungle, enjoyed that it was quiet and the dinning options. It was nice that they had a shuttle to ubud centre.

Very clean and staff are very friendly

The jungle side property had all the charm we could hope for when visiting Bali and Ubud for the first time. The hotel is a drive into the main city center, giving you the feeling of seclusion and respite from the busyness that is Ubud. The staff helped accommodate cars, food, travel and tours… all with a smile! The most kind and lovely staff work here! And the daily breakfast was so delicious!

The resort is absolutely beautiful and the staff are a 10/10

It is a cozy hotel with small swimming pool surrounded with beautiful trees. The staff are kind and caring but some of them seem less experienced. The location of the hotel is quite far from Ubud center and there is quite some traffic taking usually 20-30 mins from the center.

Staff welcomed us with open arms, they were very friendly and answered any questions we had. Every time we saw them they gave us a warm welcome and asked us if we needed anything. It was my girlfriend’s birthday and they decorated our bed with a “happy birthday” message and the brought out a surprise birthday cake for her at the restaurant. Best service I have had at a hotel ever. We were treated like kings and queens. I could write an entire essay of how staff went above and beyond for us.

Food was amazing, the included breakfast was very filling and had lots of options to choose from. The drinks were very tasty as well. I recommend trying the floating breakfast one day. The events each day at the restaurants on the resort had a great variety of Balinese culture and music. The pool was very warm and had a great view of the jungle.

We received a massage at the spa onsite and it was well worth it. The staff made us feel very relaxed and “at home”

The resort was very clean, beds were so comfy and the room service was incredible.

If you’re in Ubud I highly recommend staying at the Arkamara. My girlfriend and I do not have one complaint. If your looking for a quiet relaxing resort with friendly staff, great views, beautiful rooms with comfy beds, great food and great service the Arkamara is the place for you. This resort should be a “6-star”

From the time we arrived at Arkamara to the time we left, we were made to feel special and welcome. The care and service that people working there provide us is top notch. The food at the restaurant, spa service, room service and front desk were extraordinary.
We will definitely go back there next time we visit Bali.

Wonderful retreat experience . Everything was perfect. Love the walk around the neighborhood. Dining and spa are also excellent
