Pros:

The location and the staff were great and helpful.

Cons:

The wifi was actually never working. Sometimes one could connect but the speed was so slow that there was no way to use the wifi.
The towels were very old, worn, frayed, and tattered.
The room flooded from the drain, and dirty water from the pipe spilled into the room; the staff helped and moved me to another room.

Cons:

Die Lage ist direkt im Zentrum und das Personal ist hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war alt und runtergekommen. Schlecht ausgestattet und das komplette Badezimmer war schimmelig und ecklig. Das Frühstück war mehr als Sparsam und Lieblos angerichtet (Instant Kaffee).

IMPROVEMENTS NEEDED
Pros:

Breakfast was decent, room was of good size. Secure car parking.

Cons:

Bed was uncomfortable; pillows were very hard; shower has very low water pressure; windows have no sound insulation due to which I couldn't sleep the whole night.

I liked that the hotel was close to the venue and staff treated tenants with respect

it was hard to sleep as cars passing by the hotel made lot of noise. I also did not enjoy the breakfast
