Pros:

駅前と言う事もありアクセスが良く、チョットしたものならコンビニも目の前にあり非常に良かった。
アメニティも充実していて手ぶらでも良い位だった。

Cons:

喫煙可能な部屋だった為か、低階層の部屋割りで窓の外が酷い有様だった。

良いところもあるし、良くないところもあった。
Pros:

事前に部屋の仕様変更について問い合わせを行ったところ
速やかに対応・回答いただけたので安心して予約できました。
また駅から近いこと
ルーム清掃が３種類あり、お部屋からご依頼できたこと
アメニティを必要なものを自分の手で選択できたこと
各部屋ごとにWi-Fiが設定されていること
など多くの点で評価できました。
最後に１階にお食事処があり、宿泊している場合にはサービスを頂けるのですが、お食事処の職員の方が「ご宿泊ですか？」とお声がけくださる心遣いに、チームで運営されている強みを感じました。

Cons:

朝食については、予約時は付帯していなかったのですが、
チェックイン後の室内モニター表示の利用案内を見て、
価格も大人1,800円小人900円と表示されていたことから
改めて利用したいと思い、フロントにご相談。
その際に「付帯可能」「当日利用時の申し出で問題ない」と説明があったにもかかわらず、
実際には
①宿泊客で利用者が多いとの理由で人数制限があった（朝出向いてから一度利用を断られた）
②価格がチェックイン後の室内モニター表示から値上げ(大人2,300円小人1,100円)されており、
　指摘をしたところ「数か月前に変更された」、「モニター表示の利用案内の修正依頼中」、「どのお客様にもそう説明しているので」という説明で終止。
事前に認識していた価格ではなく、値上げした価格で結局支払をすることになった。
利用前ではなく、利用後に価格修正された点は大変問題があり、大変残念。
