Lady, the receptionist, was very courteous, professional, and accommodating. In addition, the old male staff that delivered my food and printed material to my room was very kind and efficient! My only reason for the discomfort was that the air conditioning unit is old, needs to dialed to the maximum for a decent cool temperature, and makes terrible loud noise, making it hard for me to sleep.
Room is spacious. Furnishing is old and torn. Bath room and kitchen sink is filthy..
Did not empty my garbage bin for 4 days...

Great hotel for the price. Staff was professional and polite. Remember to bring cash for the deposit (1000 peso).
There is no decent cafe or restaurant nearby. The closet has an unpleasant smell. The saving grace is the attentive and gracious staff. The room maid is quite honest. We left a tip in the room during cleaning day (without a note though that it was for them), when we returned to the room, the money was still there!
The deluxe twin room, though, is spacious. There are complimentary coffee and water daily. Also, they helped us with our laundry.
Sadly, their massage service was not available during our stay.
