Take ear plugs and it's an enjoyable stay
Pros:

Central location, freshly painted room, very clean although building is old and tired. All staff were lovely, very helpful and kind with our limited Spanish language. Bed comfortable.

Cons:

Very noisy as windows are only single glazed so much noise from the main road nearby and general outside noise. Noisy inside too from the bar, coffee machine and other residents up and down the stairs. Didn't like the single thick pillow on the double bed, as too high and is shared.

Pros:

Nice place in Oliva, the staff is very welcoming, for a solo traveller it's a good place to stay if you plan on visiting the region.
Food solutions are available nearby by foot and you're at 10mn drive from the sea and nice restaurants.

Cons:

Parking is a nightmare in Oliva like most spanish cities I've visited so far. Free parking solutions are available in the neighborhood but still, it's not pleasant. Regarding the hotel itself, it doesn't have elevators. I didn't mind but some travelers might find it annoying.
