Comfortable except noise!
Pros:

The bed was the most comfortable bed I think I have ever slept in! It was a good location to where I wanted and it was very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful if any questions.

Cons:

However, noise was an issue - between the customers next door, to the people out on the streets, noise was a very big issue!

Pros:

Certainly need to improve the PACKED BREAKFAST BOTH FOR VEGETARIANS & NON-VEGETARIANS. Inspite of giving the advance notice, they completely failed to comply with our request and added 2 BOILED EGGS FOR THE VEGETARIAN PACKED BREAKFAST.

Cons:

MADE AN ADVANCE REQUEST NOT TO PACK THE HARD BREAD & EGGS FOR THE VEGETARIAN PACKED BREAKFAST, BUT THE IMPLEMENTATION WAS TOTALLY FAILED.

AFTER NOTING THE CUSTOMER REQUEST, HOW THEY FAIL TO EXECUTE THE REQUESTED PACKED BREAKFAST????

Perfect hotel op een perfecte locatie en personeel is super
Pros:

Mooi hotel op een perfecte locatie, centraal wat betreft restaurants en uitstapjes. Prima en erg vriendelijk personeel, ontbijt is goed verzorgd, restaurant om wat te lunchen of diner is ook goed.
Eigenlijk een perfect hotel.

Niks viel ons tegen, allemaal dikke prima….👍

Our favourite hotel in Siem Reap
Pros:

During our stay in Siem Reap we've purposely stayed in different hotels, so we could compare and find out where to stay longer next time. This is it! We stayed here 2 times during our stay in Siem Reap and this is our absolute favourite hotel!
Can't really fault anything. The hotel is nice and clean, staff very kind and helpful, the pool not big, but still great (with a view over the night marked), the location is the best, right in the middle of the city by the night marked and pub street.
Breakfast is also nice, although nothing out of the ordinary compared to other hotels in the city.
And what I liked best is the amazing comfortable soft bed! (I struggle with mattresses being to firm on my travels everywhere in the world, as beds in northern europe often are softer, so thats what we're used to).

Cons:

If I have to mention something it would be that there was limited space to sit/relax by the pool, but there's simply not more space up there on the roof, so understandable.
The rooms are quite small (no seating area or balcony), but for us that was no problem.

Pros:

Great location, close to markets, old quarter and pub street.
Hotel was lovely and clean, nice pool area, water refill points in lobby.
Bar/ restaurant was great, good place to watch the world go by. Well priced drinks and decent food, breakfast was also great with eggs to order.

The best part of the hotel is the staff, all of them were polite and wonderful. They set a great example for ibis hotels!

Pros:

Удобное расположение - пешком несколько минут от станции Airport Bus, напротив ночные рынки, за углом pub street. Понравился ресторан отеля, бассейн с видом на город. Отзывчивый персонал, особенно Rachana, которая предоставила мне карту, пометив на ней возможные маршруты, и заказала тук-тук с водителем Keo, говорящем на английском.
