Excellent Hotel in good central location
Pros:

The property is in an excellent location in the centre of town easy to walk to all the bars and restaurants in nearby Pub Street as well as the markets.

The included breakfast was very tasty. The staff were friendly and polite at all times. The rooftop pool is an excellent facility.

Cons:

There was nothing that I didn’t like about the property

Pros:

Location is amazing. our room overlooked the night markets and river. lots of coffee shops, restaurants, massage places all around. Pub street just 2 min walk away. Laundry places all in walking distance. resturant attached to the hotel does delish food and beverages that can be sent to the room or roof top pool. pool was lovely and overlooked the busy town below. lovely helpful staff.

Overall 9, I enjoyed it very much
Pros:

Excellent location, convenient to Angkor wat and plenty of restaurant and local markets surrounding. Great staffs, very friendly and helpful whenever I have any questions.

Cons:

The noise from pub street can be very disturbing to light sleeper.

Good apart from the hot water.
Pros:

Good location, right next to Pub Street and Riverside Night Market.
Not far from Angkor Wat and others.
The free breakfast is very good.

Cons:

The hot water is not constant, it comes and goes.
It can get annoying while taking shower.

Good choice
Pros:

I stayed here for two nights. It's not the first time I've stayed at a hotel of this brand. This time I wasn't disappointed either. The room was quite large, very clean, the bed comfortable. There is a large TV in the room (I don't use the TV when I travel, I'm not interested), a small fridge, a safe. The air conditioning worked well, as did the Wi-Fi. The bathroom was very clean.
The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were very kind, they speak English.
The breakfast was good, varied, nothing to complain about.

Cons:

The tiles in the shower were very slippery.
