Un bon lloc per a estar a gust i amb ambient rural de muntanya

A l'hotel disposes de tot el que es necessita encara que s'estigui en un poble enmig de la muntanya, amb una família a càrrec de l'hotel molt atents i amables. Lloc net i acollidor, centre de trobada de la gent del poble.

Excelente estancia en Altron
Pros:

El alojamiento es ideal, tiene muy buena ubicación para visitar la zona y las pistas. Con todo lo necesario y la atención con el propietario es excelente. También cuenta con desayuno muy completo y el restaurante es de 10.

Ideal al lado de Rialp y Sort - para ir a esquiar

El personal muy amable como cada año encantador, desayuno estupendíssimo completíssimo

Cons:

cierta dificultad para aparcar aunque en las afueras del pueblo hay parking y esta andando menos de 5 min.
La cortina del baño se podria cambiar porque estaba con manchas humedad pero por lo demas un gusto! Camas comodas y calefaccion genial

La amabilidad del dueño Xavi. El desayuno y la cena eran correctos.

Cons:

Hemos pasado una noche en este hotel. El dueño Xavi fue muy amable tanto a la hora de la cena como en el desayuno. Lo que no nos gustó fue que nos sentimos engañados a la hora de querer pagar la cena que nos quiso cobrar 14€ de mas. En la carta del restaurante había un precio y en el la cuenta nos puso platos con el coste cambiado, cobrándonos de más. También nos quería cobrar dos botellas reutilizadas de agua a 2,5€ cada una, que estaban abiertas al servirnos, siendo agua del grifo. Nos sentimos engañados. Al reclamar el error, Xavi rectificó y rehizo la cuenta a los precios de la carta. Repasar siempre las cuentas a la hora de pagar que pueden haber sorpresas.
