Pros:

Al momento della prenotazione le foto della struttura erano completamente diverse da quello che abbiamo trovato. Da una struttura tipica con stanze a capanna abbiamo soggiornato in bungalows in muratura completamente nuovi ma impersonali. Il contorno tenuto bene e carino. Cosa gravissima mi è stato rubato un costume dentro la valigia in camera e per questo ho ricevuto soltanto delle scuse da parte del ragazzo della reception e non dalla direzione. E' stata una vera violazione della privacy.

Pros:

Tres beau decors, mais le service ne suis pas pour un resort. Les employés tres aimables et accueillants mais on plusieurs lacunes encore dans le domaine de la restauration. Mettre du produit dans la piscine a 8h du matin quand il fait beau et le client veux aller se baigner mais ne pourra pas. Une carte de restaurant tres pauvre mais excellente nourriture, un petit dejeuné tres tres simples et pauvre en choix. Les employés a la reception pas toujours aimable ou sourriant, comme premier impacte en arrivant, tres mauvais pour l image de l hotel.
