Lautes Zimmer, Personal und Frühstück waren gut.
Cons:

Das Zimmer war direkt am Fahrstuhl, also sehr laut, obwohl bei der Buchung um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten wurde.

The room was fully acceptable, and a big plus is the shared area by the reception with a view of the city and the possibility to have coffee or tea, even late in the evening. Smooth and helpful service.

The only drawback was the small windows in the room, which made the amount of light insufficient

Die Betten waren bequem und das Personal sehr nett.

Cons:

Unser drittes Bett war zunächst nicht bezogen aber es eilte innerhalb von Minuten eine Mitarbeiterin in unser Zimmer und erledigte das. Das war toll.

Pros:

Amazing location, wonderful rooms and space to relax on grab a coffee anytime day or night was appreciated and a lovely surprise. So well located, walking distance from all Bamberg’s city attractions and an easy walk to the main railway station.
