房間寛敞舒適

Cons:

有些前枱服務員服務態度不好，沒有適時跟進顧客查詢預約車輛往機場的要求，要求等15分鐘後回答查詢，但係佢下班後並沒有職員跟進，又要顧客重新再問再等1小時後才能回答。
另外，餐廳準備不足食物和飲料給住宿顧客享用，因為不能及時補充，要顧客久等或要求才補充。

Buen hotel con buen precio
Pros:

Lindo hotel, buen desayuno, fuimos en temporada baja, imagino que temporada alta debe ser mejor aún.

Cons:

Estuve en dos cuartos. En el primero las lámparas de leer y los tomacorrientes junto a la cama no funcionaban. En la segunda el bidet no funcionaba.

Muy recomendable si visitas Casablanca
Pros:

Nuestra experiencia en el Odyssee Boutique Hotel Casablanca fue excelente. Éramos seis personas y todos quedamos muy satisfechos, especialmente con la ubicación, que es sin duda uno de sus puntos fuertes: permite ir caminando a los principales lugares de interés turístico y la Medina está a apenas cinco minutos a pie, algo que se agradece muchísimo para aprovechar el tiempo en la ciudad.

Las habitaciones son amplias, bien distribuidas y con camas realmente cómodas, lo que garantiza un buen descanso tras un día de visitas. Además, el trato del personal fue impecable en todo momento: atentos, resolutivos y muy amables, siempre dispuestos a ayudar con cualquier petición o necesidad que surgiera.

Habíamos visto algunos comentarios negativos sobre el desayuno, pero en nuestro caso la experiencia fue positiva. El té es buenísimo y, siempre que pedimos algo adicional, nos lo consiguieron sin problema. En conjunto, es un hotel muy recomendable por su localización, confort y atención al cliente, especialmente para quienes quieran explorar Casablanca a pie y con total comodidad.

L'emplacement et la propreté

Cons:

La qualité du service. On demande le petit déjeuner pour le ramadan. On nous dit impossible. Pour un pays musulman c'est un comble. On demande alors des couverts, sans réponse.
