Emplacement exceptionnel . Grande chambre avec salon attenant, très propre, spacieuse. Hôtel très bien situé en plein centre-ville de Casa. A côté de la gare routière "la septième" et de pleins de restaurants. Merci spécial à ASMA, ACHRA et MOUNIA pour leur gentillesse et leurs petites attentions pour les clients.

En général c'était bien, mais à la réception j'ai payé en deuxième fois la taxe de séjour, sachant que je l'ai payé déjà sur booking en me disant que je dois voir avec booking, pas leur affaire

Service, however, is not consistent.
Amina at reception is truly outstanding — professional, welcoming, and extremely helpful. She reflects what hospitality should be: attentive, proactive, and guest-focused.
On the other hand, the check-in experience was disappointing. The interaction felt cold and robotic, lacking basic warmth and personalization. While the process was efficient, it did not reflect the level of service expected from a hotel of this category.
Overall, a solid hotel with strong fundamentals, but front office consistency needs improvement to match the quality of the product.
