Pros:

Staff spoke well English and very friendly. I spent days on researching Zhangjiajie, Wulingyuang, Glass Bridge, Grand Canyon, Huanglong Cave, and Tianmen Mt.

I had total of six days to knock all those out and the staff helped me with my itinerary and gave amazing suggestions on route.

I just wish the room can be warmer during the Winter where temperature was average 40F

Pros:

Room was clean and spacious, friendly staff. only thing was there's urine smell so we kept the bathroom vent on where we are in the room

Pros:

The front desk went above and beyond to help us plan out our trip in the park, using a detailed map. Room was very nice and clean. The only thing lacking was the room was ice cold when we checked in - although the heater was fine.
