Good for short term stay
Pros:

The location was excellent, right by the beach. However, we arrived on Sunday, and most of the shops in the surrounding area were closed. Fortunately, we managed to find a gelato shop that was open.
The hotel’s rooftop offers fantastic views and was a lovely place to sit, relax, and enjoy the scenery. There were no shaded areas, just tables and chairs with a beautiful view. The staff were very friendly, and both check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Breakfast was buffet-style with a wide variety of options, and the seating area was comfortable.

Cons:

We booked three rooms but were not aware that the room sizes varied. Each room also had different bed sizes, even though we had booked the same room type for all three. The shower floor was extremely slippery, which was a safety concern, and I also found it difficult to locate the shower lighting controls.

Pros:

Hotel fronte mare e vicino al centro, stanza ben climatizzata e letto molto comodo. Michele alla reception gentilissimo

Cons:

Nel bagno della stanza c’erano alcune cose da sistemare. Ad ogni modo ho segnalato gli ammanchi ed è stato chiamato subito un manutentore.

Prédio novo, muito bem localizado, com ótimo café da manhã e estacionamento próprio (com custo).

Cons:

O ar condicionado apresentou problemas na regulagem da temperatura. O quarto é pequeno, porém novo e com uma boa cama.

A reggeli finom volt, de kicsit egyhangú. A személyzet kedves volt Szép a szálloda, és közel van mindenhez.

Cons:

Nem jó a felszereltség. Nincs helye a strandolás után a vizes ruháknak, törölközőknek. A légkondi bekapcsol magától akkor is, ha mi kikapcsoljuk, néha így fáztunk.

В целом все понравилось, я бы рекомендовала этот отель тем, кто едет в Остию)
Pros:

Чистота в номерах, современный дизайн, доступность завтраков, доброжелательный персонал, который готов всегда подсказать, помочь, расположение отеля очень удачное, первая линия

Cons:

Нет одноразовых тапочек, негде сушить пляжные полотенца/купальники, нет Базово даже воды в номере, но в принципе всё это не омрачает пребывание в отеле, но хорошо было бы хотя бы сушку в номере придумать. У отеля есть договор с пляжным клубом, но в чем привилегия- не понятно, ведь гости с улицы и гости отеля платят одну и ту же сумму за лежак и зонт
