Pros:

Die Lage ist Super. Man ist direkt an Porta Nigra und Innenstadt. Die Bilder in der Unterkunft sind am schönsten. Die Ausstattung ist ok.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung ist zwar ok. Sieht allerdings mitgenommen aus. Tapeten verkratzt, Tür im Bad unten kaputt. Bei der Dusche im großen Bad läuft unten immer das Wasser raus und kleines Bad haben wir gar nicht benutzt weil die ganze Fugen verschimmelt sind.
Deluxe Zimmer soll für mich anders aussehen. Das Zimmer hat keine Klimaanlage, das haben wir aber gewusst. Es ist alles kein Problem wenn man die Räumlichkeiten lüften kann, kann man aber leider nicht, weil die Fenster auf dem Erdgeschoss sind und jeder der da durch läuft oder steht schaut dich an. Man kann die Räumlichkeiten gar nicht unbeaufsichtigt lassen, da man durch das Fenster rein krabbeln kann, es ist höchstens 1-1.20 Meter vom Boden entfernt. Die Fenster warens nachts gekippt, morgens wirst du von Mitarbeitern geweckt, weil die am Fenster rauchen und quasseln und das ganze Rauch zieht in das Zimmer rein.
Silberfischchen krabbeln auf dem Boden und eine Heuschrecke an der Wand, Insektenschutz Fenster wären nicht schlecht.
Das Frühstück ein Desaster inklusive abgelaufene Butter, die noch nicht mal in der Kühlung steht. Kaum Auswahl. Brötchen hart, entweder falsch gebacken, oder vom Vortag nur kurz in den Ofen geschoben nicht das sie zu knatschig sind.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est vraiment idéal. On a fait la majorité de nos visites à pieds.

Le petit déjeuner minimaliste, la douche, quelle horreur, elle était vraiment trop petite.

Ett av våra rum var fint och hade AC. Det andra rummet var trångt och väldigt varmt.

Location great - right by the centre, but it was brilliant to be able to park there too. Room was small and bathroom tiny but it had everything we needed. Lots of sockets and good bedside lights for reading (so many hotels are terrible at that!) It was hot - but they provided a fan. Breakfast very good.

He llegado al hotel y estaba en la puerta lateral sin saberlo, intentando abrirla con un código, hacía mucho calor, y después de varios minutos se acercó la recepcionista que me estaba viendo por la cámara, para preguntarme si necesitaba ayuda y que la entrada principal era otra!
En la descripción de mi habitación no deja claro que había que subir tres pisos por una peligrosa escalera de metal exterior. Pedí cambiar de habitación, yo tengo dificultades motrices, y querían darme una habitación sin aire acondicionado (!!!).
Yo dije que no y me dieron un departamento con solo una escalera interior caracol. La recepcionista en ninguna ocasión se ofreció a ayudarme, viendo mis dificultades. Poca empatía y profesionalismo.
No volvería a ese hotel.

De kamer was even warm als de buitentemperatuur van 32°C. De badkamer was klein en verouderd.

Pros:

Alles wat je graag hebt bij een hotel in de stad: een garagebox om de motor te stallen, een lift, airco, ruime kamer, goed onderhouden en schoon en op 1 minuut loopafstand van de altstadt. Ontbijt was ruim, maar een beetje prijzig. De kamer was niet duur, dus dat heft elkaar wel op.

Niets om over te klagen.
