The hotel is truly wonderful. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished so that nothing is missing. The view from the window is incredible. Despite the heavy traffic outside, the room is very quiet—you can’t hear the neighbors or any noise from the corridor. The bedding was changed every other day. Breakfasts were varied, and everyone can find something they like.
It’s a 15-minute walk to the metro and 10 minutes to a shopping center. There are always taxis available right outside the hotel, and a bus stop is just 200 meters away. The staff are excellent—helpful but never intrusive.
The spa area is fantastic: a spacious sauna, steam room, nature-sound shower, ice cabin, and a large pool. Best of all, the pool is never crowded. It’s a wonderful place to relax. The hotel is truly comfortable, and we didn’t miss a thing. Thank you!

Hotel jest naprawdę wspaniały. Pokoje czyste, komfortowe, urządzone tak aby niczego nie zabrakło. Widok z okna niesamowity. Mimo ogromnego ruchu na drodze pokój bardzo cichy. Nie słychać sąsiadów ani odgłosów z korytarza. Pościel wymieniana co drugi dzień. Śniadania urozmaicone, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. 15 minut do metra, 10 minut do centrum handlowego. Pod hotelem zawsze dostępna taksówka, 200m od hotelu przystanek autobusowy. Obsługa bardzo dobra, nie narzucająca się. Strefa Spa rewelacja, przestronna sauna, łaźnia parowa, prysznic z dźwiękami natury, ice kabina i duży basen. Najważniejsze, że basen nie oblegany. Wspaniale miejsce na relaks. Hotel naprawdę wygodny. Niczego nam nie brakowało. Dziękujemy

My second time in this hotel, its nice. Got very good spa facilities down stairs and good pools. The breakfast and room service is very good. The restraunt upstairs called grill is ok with a nice view. The coffee shop downstairs is very nice. I had a good stay and its just a short walk away from a big mall called Hilltown. The air con in the room isn't so strong so took a good 30- 40 mins for the room to be cold. Anyways, its a very nice hotel and I enjoyed my stay.

We checked into this hotel for our honeymoon, still in our wedding dress and suit, and stayed for just one night. At 6:30 in the morning, someone tried to enter our room with a key. Yes, you read that correctly: at the crack of dawn, someone literally attempted to come into our room. We were awake and managed to push the door shut at the last second before locking it immediately.

The fear we experienced afterwards is impossible to describe. On the morning of our honeymoon, in a room where we were supposed to feel safe, we found ourselves facing what we strongly believe was an attempted robbery. Considering we checked in as bride and groom, we suspect hotel staff assumed we had gold on us and tried to enter the room in an organized manner.

The hotel management’s explanation made the situation even worse: “Your room showed as checked-out in the system.” Since when does a room fall into check-out status at 6:30 AM? This excuse is not only illogical but also a blatant attempt to cover up what happened. Such an explanation is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

On what should have been one of the most special mornings of our lives, they turned it into a nightmare. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. There is no explanation, no justification for what happened. Staying at this property poses a serious security risk.

Elite World Grand was recommended to us by the hair clinic and we had a wonderful experience! We arrived in the evening and the hotel outside was lit up with changing lights! The lobby was already decorated with a big Xmas tree and lights, they were beautiful!
Room was clean but there was some marks on the light colored carpet, to be expected if light colored is used!
Full gym, spa was excellent with steam room, sauna, shock shower, ice mist, hamman and massage area! I had an aromatherapy massage and it was excellent! Unfortunately I didn’t get to use the pool as swimming cap is required but they do sell it for TRY300.
Buffet can be better with a little bit more variety such as fried mushrooms, grilled tomatoes, baked beans etc.
Staff was friendly and it was walking distance to Hilltown’ shopping mall, it was very nice!

The hotel was beautiful, and the staff were amazing and extremely helpful. But in the room there was no cutlery, no plates, you had to stir your coffee with a wooden stick . Otherwise loved our stay and we are going back in February with packed teaspoon lol..

I would strongly advise Turkish guests—and all travellers—to avoid staying at Elite World Grand İstanbul Küçükyalı. Despite its 5-star label, the service and hospitality fall drastically short of expectations.

As a vegetarian, I requested a salad bowl that was advertised to include quinoa and avocado. What I received was a bowl of plain lettuce and some tomatoes —no consideration for dietary needs, and no accountability (photo proof available). When I requested basic assistance to heat my food, the Elite restaurant staff (Betul Enes) refused to cooperate, stating they were too busy fulfilling their own orders. Shockingly, they couldn’t spare even three minutes to place my meal in the microwave. I escalated the issue to Guest Relations, and while the Manager initially agreed to provide a microwave in my room free of charge, that promise was never fulfilled. My follow-up calls were ignored, and no action was taken.

This clearly reflects a lack of willingness from the staff to accommodate or support guests, especially those with specific dietary needs. The attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, which is unacceptable for a hotel claiming to offer 5-star service. Their attitude was rigid and dismissive, with no concern for guest comfort or health. The only service consistently offered was a request for 5-star reviews—particularly from a staff member named Betul Enes during breakfast—which raises serious doubts about the authenticity of the ratings.

This hotel operates purely as a business, with no genuine hospitality. Even 3-star hotels offer better service and care. I found the guest relations team unresponsive and unprofessional, and the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing.

I am currently staying at this hotel for another five days, and I genuinely fear how I will manage. The experience so far has been extremely disappointing and distressing. The lack of basic support and hospitality is unacceptable for a property that claims to be 5-star. It’s unfortunate to feel this helpless as a paying guest.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. There are far better options in Istanbul.

YOU ARE BEING SCAMMED AND THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY!

I stayed at this hotel from July 17–22 and was scammed and robbed of my money by the receptionist.

I had booked my stay through “Agoda,” and when we checked in on the first day there were no problems. However, two days later I was called down to the receptionist, who told me that I had to pay for my stay immediately via their card terminal, because my booking through Agoda had supposedly not gone through. Even though I showed him proof that everything was confirmed and documentation of my booking through Agoda, he insisted. With three small children, I decided to take his word for it and paid the hotel directly.

He did tell me, though, that if it turned out there had been a double charge, he would refund my payment.

When I returned home, I could clearly see that both Agoda had charged me (as they rightfully should) and I had also paid the hotel directly.

For a month now, I have been writing back and forth with the hotel, and they simply refuse to return my money. I have ended up paying twice, and the hotel has received both their share from Agoda and scammed me.

If I were you, I would stay away from this place, because they are only out to scam you. I will not give up and WILL get my money back — even if I have to travel back there myself, I will do it. I absolutely refuse to be scammed. Luckily, I remember clearly who the employees were.
