Pros:

The room looks newly renovated. Room was really cold during the night, there was an AC but no remote control for it. Even thought I paid for standard room, I stayed at underground room -1 which was not cool :( we aware of that ask for the room otherwise it could bad surprise for you.

Pros:

Отель достаточно новый. Это одно из зданий, принадлежащих одним хозяевам. Но многое не доделано. Хотя отель работает уже больше 3-х месяцев. У нас был номер делюкс. Т.е. это лучше чем стандартный. Но по факту они особо ничем не отличаются, разве что немного площадью.
Самые главные минусы:
- душ. Это беда! Никак не продумано, что вода льется вокруг. И растекается по всему полу.
- держатель для туалетной бумаги. Ну неужели сложно было прицепить на стену?
- ни одного стула и тумбочки в номере
- на сайте указано 25 кв.м. В реалии - метров 15. И это вместе с с/у
- шкаф. Такое вообще впервые вижу. Открытая штанга для вешалок (самих вешалок нет ни одной) и всего два ящика
- на фото указаны помещения соседнего отеля, этой же сети. А думаешь, что это помещения в этом здании.
- ресепшена своего нет - надо идти напротив. Но нигде об этом не пишут. Надо как-то догадаться.
- кондиционер. Первые 2 дня не могли выключить и отрегклировать - не работал пульт.
- ТВ - не работал 4 дня. Все это время пытались решить проблему.
- местами в номере грязновато. На полке обнаружил зажигалку от предыдущих постояльцев видимо. Под кроватью пластырь использованный, за холодильником резинка от волос. В таком маленьком номере и при таком достаточно малом времени работы отеля - это считаю недопустимо.

Но есть и плюсы.
- расположение. В принципе хорошее. Достаточно тихо. Но при этом до трамвая например минут 15 надо идти.
- есть русско-говорящий сотрудник Мурат.
