Hotel room was very quiet. Big and enough rooms.

Cons:

It was apparently stated that check-out time was 11:00 AM, but we did not notice it. On the day of check-out, the hotel tried to contact us by phone, but my phone was off because we were traveling abroad. I believe they could also have contacted us through alternative methods such as WhatsApp or email. Instead, they entered our room and moved all of our belongings, including the contents of the locked safe, to the reception area. In addition, we were charged an extra 20 euros for being approximately 2 hours late.
I understand that delays of 1–2 hours can happen, and I think the situation could have been handled in a more understanding way. Therefore, our experience was not very positive. Also, room cleaning is done only once every 3 days, which we did not find appropriate for a 4-star hotel.

Tolle Umgebung, Mitarbeiter der Rezeption naja
Pros:

Die Umgebung war super – der Bahnhof war sehr nah gelegen, und es gab zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe.

Cons:

Leider waren die Mitarbeiter im Hotel bzw. an der Rezeption sehr zurückhaltend.
Bei unserer Ankunft fragte man uns zwar, ob wir zum ersten Mal in Amsterdam seien, was wir bejahten, jedoch kamen daraufhin keinerlei weitere Informationen. Es gab weder Hinweise zur Stadt noch eine Karte oder Informationen zu Frühstückszeiten, Bar oder sonstigen Angeboten des Hotels. Lediglich der Hinweis, dass die Öffnungszeiten auf der Zimmerkarte zu finden seien.

Sehr angenehm und schön.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft an sich sah sehr schön aus die Zimmer waren sehr sehr schön und sauber. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und super gewesen. Parkplatz Möglichkeit war top!!

Cons:

Mini Bar kann man auffüllen mit Wasser zumindest für Gäste die auch spät anreisen und eventuell Getränke brauchen. Wenn die Bar geschlossen ist kommt man spät nicht an Getränke. Dies war leider ein Minuspunkt dass es keine Getränke im Zimmer gab. Auch gerne mit Preis und zum selber zahlen später aber Hauptsache da ist was.
