Beetje teleurstellend
Pros:

behulpzaan en vriendeljik personeel, restaurant redelijk goed. Modern hotel, kamers op zich ruim, Zeer goede ligging tov NS Station en centrum,winkels.

Cons:

dit is de eerste keer dat ik in een business hotel zit waar de eerste drie dagen je kamer NIET wordt opgemaakt en niet schoongemaakt. De gebruikte handdoeken , overige was etc blijft gewoon op de grond liggen.Zelfs de badkamer/toilet werd niet schoongemaakt.
Verder is de verlichting in de kamer onvoldoende, je kan s'avonds niks zien of vinden in de kasten(alles is zwarten er is geen licht in het plafond!)
Het centrale trappenhuishuis(wel mooi! eikenhout) is veel te donker, alleen een paar spotjes op de verkeerde plek.
Hier heeft de architect echt iets fout gedaan..
Dit zijn echt redenen waarom ik dit hotel niet opnieuw ga boeken!

Pros:

Het personeel bij de bar was bijzonder vriendelijk en ook degene die mij in-en uitcheckte was zeer gastvrij en behulpzaam. Dat maakte het verblijf extra prettig.

Cons:

De kamer was netjes en verzorgd. Wel vond ik dat de kamer wat frisser mocht ruiken. Er hing een lichte, wat muffe geur die ik persoonlijk minder aangenaam vond. Ik ben gewend dat hotelkamers doorgaans wat frisser ruiken, dus dat viel mij op

Pros:

Such a brilliant location, few mins walk away from Zaadaam train station. Supermarket opposite and variety of shops/eateries nearby. The hotel reception staff were all so friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, great size, modern bathroom and super comfy bed, we had great night sleeps. Would highly recommend this hotel if visiting Amsterdam as only 12 mins away by train from the centre (6 euros return) and nice chilled place to relax after busy day exploring.
