Limpeza é péssima. Apesar de informar aos recepcionistas que tinha problema de alergia pela falta de limpeza diária, fui completamente ignorado. Em 10 dias de hospedagem, o hotel efetuou a limpem em apenas três ocasiões.
Muito bem localizado, do lado da estação de Zaandam. Quarto muito limpo, banheiro com um chuveiro excelente, para aquele banho bem relaxante.
Atendimento dos funcionários muito cordial e atencioso.

Hotel Zaan was a great place for our stay in the Amsterdam area. The staff was very friendly, hotel was clean and rooms and bathrooms very comfortable. Breakfast offerings were very good, enjoyed our included breakfast every day that we were there. The location is amazing....right adjacent to the train station, a two minute walk so very easy for those toting luggage from the train. Overall this was an excellent place to stay for our five days in the area, quick to get the train to many sights.
We did not have housekeeping refresh our room during our 5 night stay (they mention on check in that they do this every 3 days), however we requested new towels every couple of days and so that was fine with us. The staff is super friendly and helpful and did whatever we needed; all we had to do was ask.

The location is perfect—its proximity to Zaandam train station makes accessing various tourist attractions very easy. The hotel itself is an architectural icon and a tourist attraction on its own. We received excellent service throughout our stay. Definitely recommended!
We felt there was a lack of police presence in the square near Zaandam station. The hotel could improve things by having a security guard at the entrance, especially in the early mornings and late at night.
Fantastic location close to Zaandam station—only two stops to Amsterdam Central with very frequent trains. Also perfectly placed for visiting Zaanse Schans and exploring Zaandam itself. Supermarkets, restaurants and shops are all nearby, which is very convenient. The room was bright, clean and comfortable, and it was great to have a fridge and coffee maker. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more pleasant.
Only a small issue, but the individual bottles of shampoo and conditioner were quite fiddly—hard to squeeze and barely enough for one use.
