La ubicación perfecta al lado de la estación de tren.
Desayuno e instalaciones muy buenas. Personal muy amable.
Tienen política de limpieza de habitaciones cada tres días. Cómo tenía una estancia de cuatro noches, no nos limpiaron la habitación en ningún momento. Si necesitas cambio de toallas o artículos de baño, tienes que pedirlo.
الغرفه حجمها مناسب والمرافق ممتازه والموقع دقيقة مشي الى محطة المترو تروح امستردام 11 دقيقه ، ودقيقتين مشي وانت بسنتر زاندام ثاني مره نسكن بالفندق وايد افضل من فنادق امستردام والزحمه هناك يعني اللي معاه سياره ويبي يتنقل سهل يطلع ويدخل المنطقه بعيد عن سنتر امستردام والموظفين متعاونين .

Dat ze je in het Nederlands aan spreken bij de receptie dat ze daarna in het Engels voorzetten ,dat blijf ik vreemd vinden voor een hotel in Nederland,spreken met elkaar wel in Nederlands

The food is not good
Comfortable beds, air con in room, good shower. Right next to station, less than 15min to Amsterdam Centraal and easy to get to Haarlem and the coast. Quirky and colourful building. Staff friendly and helpful.
Plaza area in front of hotel was used by locals for smoking, but we didnt feel threatened in any way, and it's unlikely that the hotel has any control over this. Supermarket very close by which stays open until 9pm.
The great location, clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast. Everything was well maintained.

Le tuyau de la douche ne tenait pas et se détachait du pommeau de douche et la clim faisait beaucoup trop de bruit et les lits ne sont pas refait.

This hotel is extremely convenient to fast train transport to Amsterdam Central, just a few mins walk from Zandaam station (approx 12 min journey time or thereabouts). This station also has direct trains (or some with 1 change) to Schipol Airport, so very well connected.
Even more importantly the room had relaxed vibes (and was good size) with comfortable bed and absolutely zero noise, so really perfect for a good night’s sleep - the most important things! Would certainly stay here again.
Very friendly helpful staff was nice experience
The hotel is INSANE. The entire staff is friendly and helpful—special shoutouts to Devika, Collin, and last but not least, Thanh! The hotel is perfect for exploring the Netherlands, and it is located near the train station. The restaurant is also top-notch. Don't hesitate... make a reservation!
