A nice small Paris hotel
Pros:

Sweet older antique hotel, nice courtyard and garden, nice breakfast offerings on the terrace , wide variety of coffees, the nice server named Jean was so obliging, neat and tidy restaurant, rooms were cleaned daily, halls clean , good elevator.
Some notable front desk staff were kind and helpful calling taxis and arranging tickets.

Cons:

one certain male front desk clerk didnt read and didnt listen and insisted we were wrong and raised his voice at us. I showed him my confirmation and he insisted he would call booking.com and they were always making mistakes and they wouldnt make any money. I told him he was rude and impolite and he didnt stop, he was still shouting as we left for dinner. When we got back from dinner he said called me by my room number and said everything was as I said. He has misread his own confirmation. No apology. Worst desk clerk I ever experienced in my life.

Hôtel de charme au calme. Nos invités ont beaucoup apprécié la chambre, le petit déjeuner et la situation géographique ainsi que l'accueil. Ils étaient ravis de leur séjour.
