So nice to have Hilton in Gaborone
Pros:

Service was great, room was in good condition, bed comfortable, breakfast was extensive. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The stay was good except only the bad catering of information at the reception.
Pros:

The breakfast was very delicious and the location also was so impressive. The only challenge is that when I received the Invoice during check-out I discovered that I paid twice for Breakfast. I always swiped my card during Breakfast only to find that it was also charged in my Hotel Bill.

Cons:

I was charged two times for Breakfast and that I did like. The receptionist seemed not to understand what he was doing. It is even difficult to contact Hilton Hotel in order to claim for my refund.

Pros:

Friendly helpful staff, rooms squeaky clean and taken care every morning. Restaurant has god meals available and breakfast has all it needs as well. Would come back again
