Gần phố cổ, dễ dàng đi bộ ra hồ gươm để tham quan và ăn uống

Cons:

Nhân viên yêu cầu tôi thanh toán tiền phòng trước qua dien thoai với lý do check in trễ (sau 4pm của ngày 19/4) mặc dù tôi đã ghi rõ trong booking thời gian nhận phòng. Bạn còn yêu cầu tôi đọc số thẻ tín dụng và mã CVV. Tôi phải liên lạc với số hot line của booking.com để nhờ họ can thiệp. Cuối cùng thì cũng xử lý xong nhưng mất thời gian và trải nghiệm của tôi cực kỳ tệ

Amazing Location, we were able yo walk e eryehere in 10-15 minutes. Good staff. Staff was very helpful. They helped with laundry and planning Lan Ha Bay trip ehich was amazing.

Cons:

There was no air-conditioning in the lobby or proper airconditioning in the room. The interior of the room was slightly old. The shower didn't have a door or curtain and was wetting the toilet which was inconvenient. The room was smaller than it appeared in the picturea.

Dobra lokalizacja, miła obsługa

Cons:

Ilość miejsca, dodatkowe pojedyncze łóżko w pokoju które w mojej ocenie powinno zniknąć gdyż utrudnia poruszanie się, więcej nie znaczy lepiej.
