DONT BOTHER TO BOOK IN THIS HOTEL. 0/10!!
Cons:

The girl at the front desk told us to go away and point us to different hotels. And then she continues to sleep. She doesnt care at all.

Pros:

The staff were really nice. The location is accessible. You can walk to and from different tourist spots, stores, and restaurants. Most of the tours I booked online offered free pick-up and drop-off at the hotel due to its location. The room you'll get is good given that it really is not a state-of-the-art hotel. Great for people on a budget.

Perfect choice for when visiting Hanoi
Pros:

Lovely welcome from the staff at Ancient Lane. Room was great, very clean and strong WiFi, we even had a little balcony which was a bonus. Great location in the Old Quarter, would recommend staying here

We had a really great stay at the Ancient Lane Hotel just before Lunar New Year. The timing was perfect and the atmosphere in the city was amazing.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The super cute rooftop terrace on the 7th floor is such a lovely spot to relax!

And a huge thank you to the reception team – you were incredibly helpful and made our stay so easy and enjoyable. We really appreciate it!

Pros:

Bien placé au centre donc pratique et au calme. Personnel agréable.

Cons:

Chambre trop petite et ne correspondait pas à la photo. Surtout par rapport au tarif sans petit dej. La vue sur la ville est sur le bâtiment et voisin d'en face.

Pros:

La localisation est absolument parfaite pour un séjour à Hanoi. La chambre est simple et assez petite mais il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Un excellent rapport qualité prix. Je vous recommande cet hôtel.
