Over all great experience, just wish the pool was bigger and water was cool.
Pros:

Very friendly staff, great breakfast and location was in walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

Cons:

The pictures of the pool online are very misleading. The pool was very small and only 4 feet deep. The water was hot like a hot tub, so not refreshing after being out in the Sun.
Also the pool area does not have lounge chairs or Umbrellas for the tables for shade.

Not Good for Business Travelers. Lost/Stolen package.
Pros:

I had picked this location due to its proximity to a business meeting I had in the area. I needed some materials for the meeting that were too big for my carry on so I sent them via UPS. When I went to retrieve the package, they could not find it. They had record of their employee signing for it but could not locate the box at all. Worse, they were not apologetic about the loss and one of the desk managers even became rude with me.
A hotel in this location that caters to business travelers needs to do better.
I won’t be back.

Service was poor, ordinary things not in stock like black tea, lights not working, they don’t clean the room daily, shower not strong, breakfast full of processed garbage food, eggs from powder, would never stay there again.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the front desk staff were kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
