Pros:

OMG, tranquil heaven amongst the hustle and bustle of HCMC/Saigon.
This hotel is amazing. We landed at 06.30 and got to the SS at around 8 am with our suite (2-bedroom, 2 bathrooms, lounge and kitchen)
The hotel is amazing: pool, sauna and steam just what we need after the flight.
The staff, hotel, bar and restaurant are great. Cannot fault it.

Pros:

Quy is an amazing waiter. I stayed for two weeks. Everyday at breakfast in The Straits he would take pictures of me and my wife, told us about nice things to do in town, and provided quality service to the amazing food that I ate there. The food amd the atmosphere is amazing 24/7. Im coming back next year! - Geo

Quy is the best waiter you can find here. I have to say since the day we live in Vietnam, there’s no other man like this guy. He is generous, kind, friendly, and serve extremely well. He treated his job seriously and always with smile. Not the fake one but true and sincere.

Best hotel in HCMC
Pros:

Amazing service and consistent quality! The staff were so accommodating and spoke English well making communicating much easier in a foreign country. Such a lovely experience with a beautiful and clean room interior and lobby. The experience was great value for its price per night, including all sorts of amenities like a gaming room, pool , and private sauna and gym. Getting around the city was so easy, with everything in walking distance, we barely had to call any Grabs! And despite the vibrate city and bustling streets the hotel provided a quiet comfort away from the noise.
