Great location I like how the restaurant is just down stairs quiet to sleep but great for go down I’ve stayed here many times when visiting family
In the middle of a rundown unsafe environment right in the middle of a shopping precinct not mentioned in description we never stayed felt unsafe

Welcome from staff at front desk was not very friendly, no extra help offered, advice on the local area etc.
tried to speak to bar staff for local recommendations but none available as seemed to be chatting amongst themselves- perhaps dealing with an issue?

Leider wurde unsere vor 10 Monaten gebuchte Suite an andere Gäste vermietet und uns wurde bei Ankunft das letzte einfache Zimmer und eine Flasche Prosecco als Ersatz angeboten. Nachdem wir uns nicht damit zufrieden gegeben haben, wurde uns Abendessen als Entschädigung angeboten. Leider konnten wir uns das Zimmer noch nicht einmal anschauen, da die programmierten Schlüssel und der Masterschlüssel die Tür nicht geöffnet bekommen haben. Der Manager hat es noch nicht einmal für nötig empfunden mit uns persönlich zu sprechen. Wir mussten uns dann woanders ein Zimmer suchen.
Nice size room
Noisy street, parking was around the corner. Front door didn't shut very well which in the area was a worry regarding security. The room didn't have aircon and as it was a noisy street, leaving the window open meant dealing with the noise.

My room was brilliant,large comfortable bed very clean had everything I needed staff amazing
Didn't like the fact I booked 2 double deluxe rooms I was in one of the rooms and my granddaughter in the other room her room was not the same as mine I was so disappointed it was her first holiday with me it was room 11 no way was her room as nice mine I was in room 9 was disappointing as I thought the rooms were the going to be the same
The room was very clean and well appointed. It was reasonable value too.
The only window in the room was across from the kitchenette to the bathroom with a separating wall so that there was no view. Furthermore, there was no window blind so although it was small there was too much early light. Also, the green light on the ceiling (I assume a smoke detector) was incredibly bright so it was difficult to sleep. Staff didn’t deliver my breakfast until I asked them where it was around 10:30pm. It’s very noisy due to the pub below.
