Pros:

Das ganze ist eher eine Unterkunft, als wie ein Hotel. Hätte das niemals gebucht, wenn ich im Vorfeld gewusst hätte, daß diese Unterkunft eher 2 als wie 4 Sterne verdient hat. Das angebliche Frühstücksbuffet, ist eine Lachnummer. Zum Beispiel, die Brötchen sind eingefrorene, selbst aufgebacken, Körnerbrötchen waren immer schnellvergriffen. Brot lagen paar Scheiben daneben. Die einzige Bedienung war sehr nett und bemüht, aber bei den vielen Räumen natürlich total überfordert. In unserem Zimmer war zum Beisp. mittendrin eine Stufe von über 20 cm. Beim Zimmer zeigen, sagte der Chef nur, passen sie auf, in der Mitte ist eine Stufe, aber das geht ja schon. Ein Restaurant war überhaupt nicht vorhanden, so wie es in der Beschreibung angegeben war. Werde mich nie mehr auf das geschriebene von Hotels.com verlassen. Denn an dem Haus sind nur 3 Sterne angebracht, und nicht wie von Hotels.com angegeben 4 Sterne, daß ist immerhin kein kleiner Unterschied.

Pros:

Burgsuite war sehr ausgefallen und großzügig eingerichtet. Sehr sauber, schönes Ambiente.
Service könnte aufmerksamer sein (Shampoo und Hausschuhe haben wir bei diesem luxuriösem Zimmer erwartet).
Trotz kleiner Mängel sehr empfehlenswert!

Pros:

Opulent ausgestattete Zimmer mit sehr bequemen Kingsize Betten. Großes Bad mit Wanne und großer Dusche. Schöne Terrasse.
Sehr kompetenter und freundlicher Service. Schönes Frühstücksbuffet und sehr gemütliches Restaurant mit gutem Essen.
