Pros:

It is beautiful over-a-century old Filipino house (bahay na bato), it felt like being transported back in time in the 1920s especially at the 2nd floor dining area with the all around ventanillas and an asotea.
The staff were polite and accomodating too.
Food was great!

Cons:

water pressure at the bathroom shower was weak

Just enjoy the atmosphere
Pros:

The house is worth by itself. It is a pleasure just to sit down in the library, and wonder about how it was to be there in the old times.

Cons:

For good or bad, the are does not offer "easy" tourist attractions.
