Wenn man auf einen sehr preiswerten Aufenthalt wert legt, ist die Pension grade noch zu akzeptieren.
Pros:

Die Lage war super. 5 Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt. Schöner Blick aus dem Fenster zur Neiße und Polen. Absolut ruhig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Da wir Sonntag Nachmittag angekommen sind, war die rezption nicht besetzt, telefonisch wurden wir zum Schlüsselsafe geführt und bekamen korekte Anweisungen um an den Schlüssel zu kommen. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett bequem. Auf dem Pensionshof gab es ausreichend Parkplätze. Nach dem Auschecken konnten wir das Auto bis zum Nachmittag ohne Probleme stehen lassen.

Cons:

Die Pension macht einen runtergekommenen Eindruck. Das ganze Haus, innen und außen, müsste gründlich renoviert werden.

Très mauvaise expérience
Pros:

Alors , on cherche toujours le coffre pour les clefs , rien d'indiquer à part des portes fermés, arrivé à 22h30, et aucune personnes , appelé le numéro, répondeur, mais pas de rappel, passé la nuit dans la voiture, très confortable !!!!!!, très mauvaise expérience, pas près de le mettre en évidence merci de votre retour, payé pour rien ,c'est merveilleux

Lage direkt an der Neiße in der Altstadt

Cons:

Es ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr spartanische und eigenwillige Einrichtung, aber für den Preis in Ordnung.

Pros:

Die lange war sehr gut, direkt an der grenze zu Polen.
Sehr große Zimmer

Cons:

Die Lautstärke, die Wände waren sehr hellhörig und man hat die Leute auf dem Flur oder Nachbarszimmer (oben,drunter, daneben) gehört.
Fenster müssten mal erneuert werden ebend so hätte eine Modernisierung nicht geschadet da das Gebäude schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist ebend so wäre es ratsam die Gardienen mal auszutauschen gegen heile.
Die Putzfrauen müssten mal etwas gründlicher Putzen, da noch viele Spinnen und spinnenetze im Zimmer waren was ziemlich Eckelig war.

Budget stay, basics you need , not for people with higher expectations.
Pros:

After first time you know it is easy and simple to check in, staff helpful, close to the river and border with Poland

Cons:

No WiFi , after 8pm reception is closed, without German phone number you may struggle to get in as you need to ring staff ( after their work hours ).
