Pros:

The room wasn't as shown in the picture. At first the staff asked me to cancel my booking and re-register at their rates, which was impossible to do via the Orbitz App. Then they finally gave me a room after much wrangling.
Morning came by, I started to shower then the water was cut-off a minute into it. Totally frustrating exprerience!
