Tutto bene curato, dall'accoglienza, ai servizi, alla pulizia. Staff giovane, in gamba. Area saune ben attrezzata con tutto ciò che serve e soprattutto area relax top!

Pros:

Di questa struttura mi è piaciuto tutto. Dall' accoglienza appena arrivati,alla gentilezza del personale. La pulizia di tutti gli ambienti. La piscina che esce anche all' esterno. Il profumo di gran parte degli ambienti. La cucina ricercata ed apprezzata.

Il percorso spa molto ben organizzato con personale preparato e molto gentile/disponibile
Un ringraziamento particolare alla signora Valentina per la sua gentilezza.
La piscina riscaldata sia dentro che fuori molto comoda e piacevole
La merenda molto gradevole
La vista panoramica anche dalla stanza è uno spettacolo

Cons:

Il letto… lasciava a desiderare tanti cuscini inutili ,il materasso molto morbido da una parte ma si rischiava di scivolare da un altro
Orari di pranzi e cena molto rigidi alle 21 stop cucina
Al piano bar per la consumazione di una bottiglia propria chiedono un diritto del tappo pari a 15 euro che mi sembra proprio eccessivo e fuori luogo

Il divieto di accedere alla Spa in costume da bagno non è stato gradito anche perché non lo visto indicato da nessuna parte, se lo avessi saputo non avrei prenotato nella vostra struttura. Inoltre il parcheggio non è pratico, avevamo chiesto di avere la vettura pronta per le 8:30 la sera prima della partenza, ma non è stato possibile..

Questa struttura è a dir poco fantastica!
Il personale è meraviglioso, accogliente e attento alla cura del cliente...
La pulizia è eccellente le camere sono bellissime e accoglienti... Un grazie a Valentina e Alberto che ci hanno accompagnato nei nostri momenti di benessere!!!.
