Pros:

Hotel bellissimo nel centro di Andalo con un centro benessere ben organizzato e con una piscina riscaldata interna, che continua all'esterno, meravigliosa! Stanze molto caratteristiche in stile alpino.Spa eccellente con aufuss e maestri di sauna preparatissimi, competenti e cordiali! Colazione di buon livello così come la cena goumet preparata con ingredienti di ottima qualità! Consigliatissimo

Tutto perfetto, cortesia, colazione, pulizia, gradito l'omaggio alla partenza.

Cons:

Unico aspetto migliorabile, anche se non è colpa dell'hotel ma della maleducazione delle persone: gente che occupa con un asciugamano le postazioni relax nella spa per tutta la giornata, anche quando la struttura è piena. Bisognerebbe mettere cartelli, o sollecitare la gente a liberare gli spazi per permettere a tutti di goderne a turno. Purtroppo con certi individui bisogna ribadire quello che dovrebbe essere rispetto e buona educazione.

L’accoglienza e la disponibilità dello staff. La stanza era pulita e niente era fuori posto.
Inoltre la zona benessere è un toccasana dopo una giornata in montagna.

Perfetto per una sciata e del relax subito dopo
Pros:

Ottimo hotel, presente il parcheggio e deposito sci. Ho potuto anche ricaricare la macchina elettrica e il personale è stato fantastico.

Pros:

Il profumo che pervade tutti gli ambienti, la professionalità della reception, la piscina interna con passaggio all’esterno

Cons:

Carenza di posti auto all’interno della struttura con problematica accessibilità di quelli presenti. Scarsa professionalità del personale di servizio alla colazione, inadeguata al livello della struttura.
