Good if you need to be in this area
Pros:

I stayed here because it was the closest hotel to where my relatives lived. I prefer a more upscale, full-service hotel but this one was adequate for one night. When I checked in, the room had an odor in the bathroom. I notified the front desk and they evidently took care of it, because when I returned later, it was gone. The room was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning is quite noisy so they furnish guests with ear plugs. However, putting setting it at 73 degrees turned out to be the sweet spot because the air conditioning never came on during the night and the room was the perfect temperature that night, even though it had been a very not day. So my room was quiet after all. The front desk staff are friendly and very customer service oriented. The morning front desk man was busy cleaning the front window but was kind enough to stop and put my suitcase into my rental car.

Convenient place for an overnight stay or two!
Pros:

This was a very new hotel, so everything was fresh, updated and clean. The beds were super comfy and the window faced east, so it was nice to see the sunrise as we woke up. Breakfast was awesome! Bonus was able to bring our medium size dog with us and she enjoyed the stay as well.

Cons:

There was a smudge of dirt, makeup, or something on the window shade. Surprised housekeeping did not notice it. Needs to be cleaned!

Nice little place near the shopping mall
Pros:

Stayed here for a couple of nights and off the bat the service was amazing from the hotel. The staff was very helpful and eager to help.

The rooms was nice and well maintained, decent spread at breakfast and was very close to the outlet malls. Lots of options to eat outside as well around the hotel. Overall a good stay

Great property, great service
Pros:

Property seems new and well maintained with friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast service and quality of selection excellent. The restaurant and bar were unexpected and really nice. Because of the positive experience, we have booked at a Hyatt Place in MI for the trip we have planned next.
