Pros:

This has got to be the worse hotel we have ever stayed it and we’ve stayed in a fair few ( we are much traveled pensioners )On arrival we were told there was no booking for us although we had booked and paid in full a month previous .It first we were told there are no vacant rooms and as it was festival time we were unlikely to find a room in Varanassi.Eventually they told us they can give us a room but we needed to pay again at an increased rate .We reluctantly decided to do this as we felt had no alternative .Mistake 2 should have looked at the room first ...it was dirty ,I slept with no bedding over me for 4 nights as bedding was stained .Staff were sleeping on settees outside our room even in the daytime .A steel shutter was pulled down and locked over the only entrance door overnight ,we got back at 9pm one night and had to bang on the shutters to get in ,also we wanted to see a sunrise on the Ganges ,so we had to get the sleeping man on reception to unlock the shutter ,Massive fire hazard .These people have no idea how to run a hotel ,standards are very low ,they just know how to make you pay twice .Avoid Avoid Avoid !
