Pleasant. I wouldn’t stay for long period.
Pros:

The bigger room was much better than the small ones. The facilities inside the room ( kitchen, toilet) was decent. The outdoor areas are nice.

Cons:

The service in the reception is quite poor. The staff is not very helpful and not informative.
Also the hotel seems very unsafe. There’s a lot of people around the areas, entering in the premises without identification. For few times I’ve felt insecure to leave all my stuff inside the room.
Cleaning service in the room also need a lot of improvements. I had to chase few times to get a proper cleaning in the room.

Gostei bastante, pessoal da recepção muito legal e prestátivel

Gostei tudo , tudo limpo e arrumado

Cons:

A falta de utensílios como talheres, pedi comida e tive que improvisar com a tampa da marmita e no dia seguinte fui até a recepção pegar emprestado um talher da atendente que por sinal ainda bem que tinha, o lugar do café da manhã estava fechado. A piscina por dois dias fechava antes do horário, itens básico como talheres e pratos devia ter , já que tem um microondas, fora isso tudo ok

Muito boa, porém com pontos a melhorar!
Pros:

Roupa de cama limpa, tem ar condicionado funcionando bem e tem uma boa estrutura. Tem um mercadinho no condomínio que também salva.

Cons:

Poucas toalhas e não tinha microondas, eu cheguei a comprar várias coisas pra fazer no microondas e não tinha, fiquei chocada, pois para mim é um item básico.

Pros:

Nada, porque os funcionários não tem educação, falta de preparo, filas imensas na entrada, e a profissional não era preparada para receber as pessoas.

Cons:

Entraram no nosso quarto jogaram os talheres de plástico fora, fomos pedir comigo não veio os talheres e ligamos para pedir emprestado não tinha, mas também não deveria ter jogado o que era nosso fora.

Os funcionários não podiam receber o nosso Ifood. E todas vez que descíamos a funcionária da recepção mandava manter o quarto arrumado, primeiro que nunca pedimos para limpar ou autorizamos a entrada.

Pessima estadia quarto pequeno e além da luz não funcionar, ficar piscando a que é em frente o banheiro. Reclamamos e nada foi sanado.
