Ich war sehr unzufrieden mit dem Hotel, nur die Lage war gut.
Pros:

die Nähe zum Konferenzzentrum RioCentro ist super

Cons:

das Personal spricht kein Englisch, das Zimmer war dreckig, es gab zeitweise kein Warmwasser und ein Mal überhaupt kein Wasser, die Aussstattung war teilweise kaputt (zB Toilettensitz), das Frühstück ist ein Witz

Foi uma boa estadia, o quarto é limpo, apenas é importante verificar as questões acima para melhoria

A localização é muito boa, realmente perto da entrada do Rio Centro.

Cons:

Alguns pontos precisam de melhoria:
O chuveiro é bom, porém precisa ser limpo, esta entupido então a agua nao sai corretamente, tentei a todo custo arrumar mas nao consegui.
Outro detalhe do banheiro que precisa ser revisto é o ralo que em pouco tempo lota de água e o pé fica submerso, precisa ser verificado o encanamento.
O cobertos estava usado, não foi lavado, precisa estar lavado para todos os hóspedes não é correto deixar uma coberta usada para um novo hóspede.

Pleasant. I wouldn’t stay for long period.
Pros:

The bigger room was much better than the small ones. The facilities inside the room ( kitchen, toilet) was decent. The outdoor areas are nice.

Cons:

The service in the reception is quite poor. The staff is not very helpful and not informative.
Also the hotel seems very unsafe. There’s a lot of people around the areas, entering in the premises without identification. For few times I’ve felt insecure to leave all my stuff inside the room.
Cleaning service in the room also need a lot of improvements. I had to chase few times to get a proper cleaning in the room.

Gostei bastante, pessoal da recepção muito legal e prestátivel

Gostei tudo , tudo limpo e arrumado

Cons:

A falta de utensílios como talheres, pedi comida e tive que improvisar com a tampa da marmita e no dia seguinte fui até a recepção pegar emprestado um talher da atendente que por sinal ainda bem que tinha, o lugar do café da manhã estava fechado. A piscina por dois dias fechava antes do horário, itens básico como talheres e pratos devia ter , já que tem um microondas, fora isso tudo ok
