Wonderful place!
Pros:

Don’t trust the photos. The territory of this hotel is much, much greener, more beautiful, and more blooming than you can see in any pictures.

Everything here feels even better in real life. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing and enjoyable — I was honestly excited every single day just to be here. The staff are amazing: super friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything.

The room is clean and well-maintained, housekeeping does a great job every day. The pool is clean and refreshing, perfect for relaxing. The food is delicious, with plenty of options, and the drinks are just as good.

Overall, everything was great — truly a wonderful experience. I would definitely come back!

The only small thing I noticed is that the door locks can be a bit tricky to open sometimes.

The property was amazing, great facilities, easy communication with staff (great English), the spa was exceptional, the cook was very kind - food was always prepared within minutes of the request and brought into the room - their food was absolutely amazing (especially the spring rolls), staff were very attentive - always asking if I needed anything, if I was to need anything they brought it to me within minutes of the request, the room was in great condition - had everything that I needed for a great stay.

Cons:

Wasn’t prepared for the shower to have no roof above - left a lot of bugs to enter the room. Was unable to use the TV due to settings - was in Balinese language and unable to access streaming platforms.

Leur véritable point fort est, à mon avis, la qualité exceptionnelle de l’équipe ainsi que le cadre magnifique.
Le petit-déjeuner était tout simplement délicieux.

Cons:

Je pense qu’il faudrait simplement effectuer quelques petits travaux ; quand on est maniaque comme moi, on remarque immédiatement les détails.

Awesome and pleasingly affordable!
Pros:

The different type of villa rooms was a great thing. The staff was Amazingly nice and accommodating!! You must leave your western mindset and bring you tropical villa mindset! It was great!!

Cons:

I did not like not being able to see the signage of the facility at night. It’s too nice of a gem to not be found.

Her var bare så smukt! En lille oase for sig selv. De små hytter, er fuldstændig som på billedet. Personalet var virkelig søde, og altid villige til at hjælpe. Morgenmaden var god, der var mulighed for vasketøj, massage, leje af moto og lign.
