Wonderful location overlooking the beach + renovated rooms
Pros:

the location, overlooking the beach - with direct access to it from the hotel. the tasteful renovated room with a view (sea) (very quiet but for the waves). very kind and helpful young man at the reception making the checkin very easy and pleasant.

Cons:

breakfast was pretty standard.

Les pieds dans le sable ! L'hôtel est sur la plage, le cadre est fabuleux
L'accueil, le personnel est agréable, a l'écoute et souriant
Le petit déjeuner avec un buffet plus que varié et excellent
La chambre au calme ... à regarder la mer et l'écouter
Le bonus... le parking collé à l'hôtel, un luxe dans une cité balnéaire ou chaque place vos de l'or.

Les vistes al mar i a on està situat. Al restaurant s’hi menja molt bé.

Preu massa elevant de la nit,tenint en compte que la nostra habitació estava força antiquada. Tot i aixi, crec que altres habitacions sí que les estan renovant.

Fantastic view, poor level of service
Pros:

Fantastic sea view, spacious room, comfy beds, extensive breakfast options. We really enjoyed Comillas especially El Caprico, house designed by Gaudi.

Cons:

No room service, food or drink available between c.2pm and 8pm, although the printed information sheet said the bar was open from 7am until 12am. Unfriendly bar/restaurant staff who just pointed at the 'Bar Cerrado' sign when we asked for a drink. Only water provided in the rooms. Fridge didn't work. No lift and no help offered with our heavy bags. Expensive parking at E15 per night. We felt unsafe as there had been a recent rock fall directly under the hotel. It felt a bit basic for the price we paid.

Pros:

Ubicación excepcional. Metido en la playa, con acceso directo desde el hotel siempre que la marea esté baja, sino está cubierto de agua.
Limpieza aceptable
Personal muy amable y atento
Desayuno bastante bien, variado.

Cons:

Precios del bar bastante elevados.
Dependiendo de la planta en la que te ubiquen está reformada o no. Hay habitaciones muy modernas y bonitas y otras que son muy antiguas. Deberían reformar todo.
Hay habitaciones que las vistas las tapan las escaleras de acceso directo a la playa.
Algunas habitaciones de las que no están reformadas tienen bichitos.

Buen sitio para alojarse en Comillas
Pros:

No estaba en el centro del pueblo pero estaba a pocos minutos andando. Lo mejor de todo son las vistas a la playa desde la habitación, escuchar las olas mientras te relajas un poco

Cons:

No pudimos aprovechar el bar para el desayuno porque los lunes cerraba
