If it’s a last resort then get it but you can find better for probably cheaper.

It was on the beach.

Cons:

Not worth the money in my opinion. Rooms seemed to be ops and slightly run down, as soon as I laid on the bed one of the legs broke. The staff easily moved us but still not something that should happen.

Disappointing.
Pros:

The staff were very nice. The breakfast is so-so.

Cons:

The photo shows superior queen room, but the actual room is smaller.
The bathroom was dirty.
There were no rags or carpet for the bathroom so it gets messy when you use the bathroom.
You have to actually request for towels and slippers which is diasppointing since these things should be inside the room already even before you check in.
The room is kinda old, so don't expect too much like I did.

The room price is expensive compared to other hotels or air bnb.
The hotel is only good for the last minute booking when you don't have anywhere else to stay. Had I known the place, I would not stay there.

Overall, the experience is kinda disappointing considering the price.

Clean the whole building, rooms are dirty.
Pros:

Location is good. Breakfast is perfect! I paid when i checked inn! That’s was $275.00. I thought I already paid for it.

Cons:

The room has a cockroach, meldow in the bathroom. Employees some of them are nice, some are stuck up! And sometimes you will be ignored. The beach you can’t be in the water, only for views.

Pros:

The staff were all great. Reception staff are all accommodating and courteous. Other staff are all easy to talk to. Responds to all queries.

Cons:

The original room booking was disappointing. The room has no windows. The room is very small, lighting was bad and there were bulbs which are busted. Had to change/upgrade due to that situation and costed me almost double.

Staff was decent. Good view from the room

Cons:

Room was very small. Bathroom is very old and worse is the live band playing under the room until 2am. You will not be able to sleep.

Many better hotels for the price in Subic.
