Pros:

Location, cleanliness.

Cons:

Digital locks were annoying. External door stuck a couple of times. The lock on the internal second bedroom was frustrating - could that have been disabled?

Pros:

The villa was beautiful, peaceful, and easy to access. Overall, the facilities were very clean and well-maintained, which made our stay very enjoyable.

Cons:

I only noticed a couple of minor details, such as some kitchen utensils being slightly sticky and a lamp in the bedroom being broken; I reported this to the management, and they were very kind in saying they would look into it. Nevertheless, our experience was excellent, and I would definitely recommend this place.

The cabin was clean and recently refurbished, and the location was very central.
Pros:

The location is great - walking distance to the main street. Having a key code to access the cabin was great as we didn't have to worry about remembering keys. We enjoyed our time in Port Lincoln.

Cons:

We had a booking for 11 nights. While our towels were changed three times while we were there, our bed linen was not changed at all. Being pretty hot while we were there, this was extremely unsatisfactory. We did not have any contact with staff members at all, had no idea when the cabin was supposedly going to be serviced, so towels just turned up at random times. We appreciate that our cabin was a bit messy, we had a lot of stuff to store, but i would have happily made the bed myself if sheets had have been left for us.
I did not appreciate having to leave a security deposit. We booked through bookings.com, there was no mention of this being a requirement. I also don't see why a deposit has to be taken, if you have given card details, they can always take a payment if there is damage etc.
The surrounding of the cabins are gravel, no grass, or anywhere to sit outside apart from a very small balcony that only had one chair.

I didn't like the fact you communicated through what seemed like AI! It was also advertised that the laundry was included but it was not. It was a laundry mat that I had to pay extra for.

Cons:

If your paying top rates, why do you have to clean and take out the rubbish. I have never had to do this anywhere before. Do the Hilton make you was dishes and take out the rubbish??
