Een top verblijf met vriendelijke mensen.
Pros:

De locatie was perfect in het centrum van Malaga. Hoe je ook loopt je komt altijd weer terug bij het hotel.
De staf van het hotel was super vriendelijk en heel attent.

Cons:

Helemaal niks.

Toppen ställe! Med två problem lyhört och dåligt wifi. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. En bra frukost

Vi borde i ett rum på bottenvåningen och hade svårt att använda våra mobiler på rummet. Dålig teckning. Hotellets wifi fungerade ojämn och hade dålig teckning. Personalen hjälpte oss på alla sätt. Det var också mycket lyhört till grannrummets badrum. Så när de var uppe tidigt lät det som någon duschade i vårt rum. Annars var det ett mycket bra hotell.

Perfect place for a couple on a city break.
Pros:

The staff were so helpful and gave us recommendations for restaurants and places to go. They also went out of their way to check we had everything we needed, sorted transportation an more for us.

Midden in historische centrum van Malaga
Pros:

Top.lokatie in het historische centrum in een klein steegje. Mooi oud gebouw met moderne faciliteiten

Cons:

Ik vond de ontbijtruimte klein en donker maar genoeg leuke terrasjes in de buurt voor een Spaans ontbijt

Hyvällä sijainnilla hyvä Hotelli kaikkien palvelujen lähellä. Ja henkilökunta oli erittäin hyvä. Pariskunnalle sopiva
Pros:

Sijainti erinomainen, vastaanottohenkilökunta ja siivoojat olivat kivoja. Aamiainen oli riittävän hyvä. Huone oli hyvän kokoinen ja hiljainen, elikä nukuttiin hyvin. Vaatenaulakko oli riittävän kokoinen.

Cons:

Suihku/ WC- tilan ovi oili outo, liukuovi jäi hieman raolleen ja hiustenkuivaaja oli tehoton.

Ideal hotel to spend a comfortable few days in Malaga.
Pros:

The hotel is ideally located close to the historic centre of Malaga. When you enter from the traffic-free street, you are in a central courtyard around which the rooms are situated. Our room was on the first floor. The room was spacious, well laid out and very comfortable with a fabulously comfortable bed. The shower was powerful and all toiletries provided. Breakfast was great - we were spoilt for choice. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful, going out of their way to be of assistance. Thank you.

Op sommige punten zwaar ontgoocheld!!

de toegepaste hygiene op onze kamer.

Cons:

HET ONTBIJT : Niet te vatten dat het personeel, verantwoordelijk voor het ontbijt, meer bezig was met persoonlijke zaken (babbeltje slaan, een sigaretje roken, ...) maar het fundamentele van een ontbijt vergeten of liever niet doen. Tijdig alles aanvullen, zorgen dat de nakomende bezoekers op tijd een tafel hadden. De hygiene aan het ontbijt was alles behalve. Wij wisten al na twee verblijfsdagen dat het zaak was tijdig in de ontbijtruimte te zijn. De meesten die na ons kwamen konden fluiten naar aanvulling van gebakken spek, gebakken eitjes, ... De verantwoordelijken van dit hotel kunnen hun personeel, verantwoordelijk voor het ontbijt, eens laten mee draaien in andere hotels waar het ontbijt wel een waar genot is. Ik denk dat ze hun ogen zullen open trekken. Als het moet wil ik ze ook zelf wel eens die opleiding geven....
En daarbij ook nog : de ontbijtruimte is veel te klein!!
DE WERKING VAN DE LIFT : 1 woord : wat is me dat!!!?? Ik denk dat slakken via de bestaande trappen vlugger boven zijn dan met de lift.
Kortom : De beoordelingscijfers zijn fel overdreven!!!
Van een voor bepaalde, maar belangrijke punten, ontgoochelde verblijver!! (van 25 tot 30 januari 2026)

Pros:

Eigenlijk alles, de locatie is perfect. Het ontbijt is super. Maar vooral het personeel dat super gastvrij en vriendelijk is. Er werd zelfs tijdens het ontbijt gezongen en een dansje gedaan.
