Twice Booking rate, hidden deposit (refunded not fully).
Pros:

Staff and service were okay.

Cons:

The price was twice as high as what was originally shown on Booking. Additionally, a deposit was required, which was not mentioned anywhere. The deposit was not fully refunded, as no extra services were used.

As for the hotel itself – it feels aged and worn in the little details: scuffed furniture, faded textiles, chipped tiles in the bathroom, and peeling paint on the baseboards. The place is clean, but it desperately needs a refresh.

Very noisy (could hear everything in the corridors as if there was no door), and the front door lock didn't close.

Breakfast is unreasonably expensive.

Et 5 stjerne hotel midt i byen som lever op til standarderne.
Pros:

Det ligger godt og deres shutlebus mulighed var mega god. Søde, høflige, hjælpsomme og rar personale. Fantastisk morgenbuffet👌

Cons:

Værelset var ikke egnet til 3 personer og det var lidt slidt 😔

الموظفون سر جمال الفندق

الموظف دخلنا الغرفة مع العلم الدخول الساعة 3 عصرا وهو اكراما منه سلمني الغرفة باكراً حجزت بنفس الفندق مرتين والسبب حسن تعامل الاستقبال وجميع الموظفون باللوبي

Pros:

Спасибо, отличный отель. Удобная локация, автобусная остановка прямо возле отеля. Заселились в 8.00 утра, хоть заезд должен быть в 15.00.

اقمت مرتين خلال اسبوعين بهذا الفندق وسبب رجوعي لاني وجدت الراحة وهذا مكاني الدائم والسبب تعامل الموظفين و نظافة جميع التفاصيل
