Sheraton Istanbul City Center

Its a very nice hotel to stay, especially if you want to go to taksim frequently as they provide a free shuttlebus to go there. The breakfast was delicious here, and the servants are kind. We had a good time on our last breakfast here being helped by Muhammad Affandi Ahnaf.

We stayed here in early December for four days. It was an excellent day all around. Hotel has great location, good rooms, amenities (pool, sauna, gym) and great quality of food. They also provide shuttle to taksim - we use it a couple of times and it was helpful if you don’t feel like taking a walk.

The highlight of the stay was the service level - it was excellent throughout. From the reception to the restaurant and of course the Concierge/ Bell service. Special thanks to Yucel, who was an excellent host through our stay.

The hotel room is really nicely designed for your best comfort. Nice spa, traditional Turkish bath, pool, gym. The lobby is so spacious and comfortable with warm beautiful Christmas decorations, lemon tea and apples, a place perfect for chilling and relaxing. The breakfast is really good. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful, host Yucel was very warm hearted. This is a real 5 star hotel not like some so called ones.

Our host Yucel was very accommodating explained everything and took us to our room giving us the information we needed for our stay highly recommended hotel lovely man and offered help when we needed.

Everything was amazing: the location, the food, and the room. The only small downside is that it can be a bit noisy since the windows face the road, but that’s just something to keep in mind, not a real complaint.
I want to give a special thank you to the staff, the service here is truly exceptional. And an extra shout-out to Yucel, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to guide and assist with anything. His support really made my stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel is really good. Location is awesome, so close to everything! They provide shuttle to Taksim area, and it's really close to a lot of things. Breakfast was delicious and a lot of options! All the staff were super courteous and helpful! Gotta give a special shout-out to Yucel, he's been super helpful and so informative! He made us feel so much warmth and making sure we feel comfortable. Really glad to meet him! Next is the spa in the hotel, both husband and I went for a Turkish Hammam and massage, it was so amazing! Thanks to the team at the hotel for our amazing stay! We enjoyed everything!

Lovely stay at Sheraton City Centre. Yucef did an exceptional job at welcoming us so warmly and explained everything that we needed to know. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We have had a wonderful experience so far . The team here is very kind and friendly. Super helpful with any questions that we have. Yucel is the best. He always goes out of his way to make sure we’re doing okay. He also doesn’t mind us asking him for suggestions on where to go or eat. His customer service truly is exceptional.

The best barkeeper are Hatice and Levent. Thank you very much guys for the best service. We would love to come back and see you again in Istanbul.

We had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton Istanbul City Center. A special thanks goes to Yucel, who was extremely competent and helpful throughout our visit – truly an outstanding member of the team! The rest of the staff were equally friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome.

The hotel itself offers great comfort, a convenient location, and excellent service. The only minor point to mention is that the spa area could benefit from some renovation, but this did not affect our overall experience.

All in all, it was a superb stay that we thoroughly enjoyed. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Location is not bad, and also notice that there is a shuttle buss to Taksim square. It's a huge comfort, because from Taksim square you can go anywhere.
Atmosphere is nice.
Rooms was comfortable, service is quick.
Value may be little bit cheaper, but I don't know Stambul prices, that's why I can't speak.
Food is very delicious, kitchen stuff was very friendly and international.
Cook chief Murat breakfast time helped us specially, also it was professional service from other personal, special thanks to Saikal and Ibrahim (kitchen officiants).
Hotel is clean.
Noise level is normal.

We stayed at this lovely hotel for our 30th wedding anniversary. My husband wanted to surprise me by booking Le Petit Chef. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable; breakfast was delicious and Le Petit Chef was entertaining and fun. We both thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff at the hotel and at the restaurant were attentive and pleasant. We had a wonderful time celebrating. In fact, we enjoyed it so much, we returned for a do-over a couple of months later and, yet again, were impressed by the hotel, the service and the show. 10 out 10!

From the moment we stepped in the attention and service was wonderful. The facilities are great, modern, new and well kept, the location is convenient and the staff very kind and helpful.
Mr. Yiscel standed out from the first minute, offering tips and advice for the city tours and spots to visit, and genuinely taking care of us, excellent, excellent host.
