The hotel was very nice. It's not in main city center, but there is a lot around. They also have a shuttle that made it easier. My room was one of the nicest I've ever had. The hotel was beautiful but my suite was beyond words. Service was always great and the food in the lounge was so good.
All the team was great. But YUSUF- from the bell team- The man for Borsa- the man has every answer. He is above and beyond guest service. If you have any question ask for him.
Staff specially at desk and yildik on support . Very nice people. Room cleaning regarding 'mosquito should be improve. Location is good and shuttle service is very comfortable
The staff service was deeply disappointing throughout my stay. The check-in process lacked attentiveness, and any follow-up questions were met with indifference. Most concerning was the complete lack of support during a medical emergency , there was no one available or equipped to provide proper guidance or assistance, which is simply unacceptable.
Even basic administrative tasks, such as receiving an invoice via email after checkout, were not handled properly. Overall, this was by far the worst experience I've had with staff across all Marriott-branded properties.
