Като цяло престоя ни бе по-добър от началните ни очаквания.
Pros:

Разположението на хотела е чудесно - непосредствено до главната улица на градчето. Приятно ни изненада наличието на топъл външен басейн. Стаята, в която бяхме отседнали беше достатъчно голяма за 3 възрастни.

Cons:

Ресторантът не работи извън часовете за закуска и вечеря. Храната, която се предлага на блок масата е базисна, често без никакви подправки.

Повече от фантастичен, надхвърли очакванията ни
Pros:

Уникален прейстой. Приятно съм изненадана. Хотела надхвърли многократно очакванията ми и цената, която бяхме платили. СПА-то е уникално, наличието на солна стая е плюс, но това което ме впечатли бяха билковата парна баня и билковата сауна. Басейните са ТОП... А храната - никога не съм била на по-добра блок маса. Опитайте дисертите на вечеря! Ще се върнем отново.

1 word - fabulous.
Pros:

It was exceptionally relaxing stay. A true SPA-comfort. Everything, from the room, to the spa facilities, to the breakfast and the dinner buffets was awesome.

Cons:

I wish we had 1 more day to stay and enjoy the hotel and the city.

Pros:

Със семейството ми прекарахме 4 вълшебни дни в хотел "Каменград". Очаровани сме от басейна и СПА зоната, както и от храната на закуска и вечеря. Горещо препоръчваме хотела!

Харесаха ни топлия минерален басейн навън,спа зоната.

Cons:

Не ни хареса хигиената,забравят да почистват,да сменят хавлии,да слагат консумативи,помощния персонал се държи лошо.Храната беше еднотипна и не беше качествена.Разтегателният диван за децата не беше удобен.Във вътрешния басейн се провеждаха тренировки от спасителя и това ограничаваше ползването му.

Pros:

Отлична локация! Стаите са красиви, модерни, удобни, чисти! Персонала е мил и отзивчив. Храната беше вкусна и разнообразна. Спато и басейните - страхотни! Бих се върнала там с удоволствие!
