Das gesamte Hotel Roermond Next Door hat während unseres Aufenthalts ganz extrem nach Gras gestunken. Wir hatten 4 Zimmer gebucht und haben uns kurz nach unserer Ankunft beschwert wegen dem gleichen Problem alle und nachdem jemand vom Personal gekommen ist um es zu überprüfen (es war Mittelweile etwa 08:30 Uhr) und es auch bestätigte dass es sehr penetrant und stark ist wurde uns nur angeboten in das Hotel Roermond zu ziehen (um 8 Uhr abends auf der anderen Straßenseite 200m Fußweg). Da mein Baby bereits geschlafen hat und die älteren Gäste zu kaputt waren nochmal mit allen Koffern rüber zu spazieren habe ich um einen Nachlass gebeten um das ganze einfach schnell zu lösen (wir haben knapp 600€ für 1 Nacht ausgegeben) - nachdem der Manager sich endlich per Mail nach 3 Tagen gemeldet hat boten sie uns nur 7,50€ pro Zimmer. Also dieser Service und Verständnis ist eine absolute Frechheit wir werden da nicht nochmal hingehen!

Oke voor 1 nacht, hotel next door
Pros:

Het hotel ligt centraal, aan het station. Echter was ik bij de plek van aankomst, neven plek van hotel zelf.

Cons:

Hangt op de muur ‘receptie’ bel maar is niet in gebruik. Belde naar nr van hotel, een nukkige, onvriendelijke receptionist aan de telefoon……
Uiteindelijk moest ik inchecken in hoofd locatie etc. En weer terug. Was kort stuk gelukkig.
Kamers hebben een gehorige gang, met maar olifant door de gang is vervelend, ook maakte de airco geluid alsof er cappuccino werd gezet meerdere keren per nacht.
Verder personeel mag wat enthousiasme krijgen…….. en plezier in t werk uit stralen
