Close to train station. Friendly staff, clean and tidy room.

Nous avons trouvé un établissement très propre et avons eu une chambre vue sur les montagnes au calme avec une place de parking. Bon petit déjeuner. Personnel agréable. Un souci pas d'eau chaude la seconde nuit !!!!

Sehr gutes Hotel im Zentrum. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls gut und ausgewogen. Sind bereits das 3. mal in diesem Hotel für einen kurzen Geschätfs-tripp. Kommen sicher wieder!

Nice hotel with a convenient location close to the station and the town centre. Will recommend.

Reception was efficient and good English spoken. Disappointed to find that there is no direct entry to the hotel from the car park. You have to haul your luggage all the way around to the front of the hotel. Restaurant was breakfast only at an extortionate price. Walked 100 yards around the corner to a very nice boulangerie for breakfast.

Convenient location, easy to find the hotel, located near the train station and the city center. Nice staff. Fast check-in at the reception, a small treat in the hotel lobby. Clean, liked the towels and bed linen, large TV screen, WiFi.there are thick curtains for a good night's sleep in the dark.
We booked two beds separately, we had to move them apart ourselves. The room was above the roof of the first floor and it was noisy from the working motors of the equipment. The air conditioner did not work in the room. There was only soap, but no shampoo and conditioner. There was a coffee machine in the room, but there were no cups and coffee capsules. No refrigerator. I would like a kettle and hooks in the bathroom.

war sehr laut. zimmer war sehr ringhöhrig!!
die receptionistin war nicht grad die schnellste für eine adressänderung vorzunehmen

Excellent place

Chambre absolument pas insonorisée: on entend tout ce qui vient du couloir et des voisins. On se sent à l'étroit et c'est pas folichon.
Par contre c'est propre et le personnel est sympa.
Je n'ai pas trouvé le parking gratuit par contre il y a un grand parking (payant) juste à côté.

Really bad rooms. Our family room had no ventilation at all. We needed to open the Windows which means no sleep since you have a busy street next to the hotel

La localisation de l’hôtel fait qu’il est très bruyant toute la nuit, les rideaux ne sont pas très occultant donc on voit la lumière de dehors. Dans la chambre de la lumière à cause lu chauffage donc pas le noir total. Le chauffage est bloquée, impossible d’augmenter la chaleur et la couette est très fine, j’ai eu froid la nuit.
Le matelas est tellement mou …
Bon le personnel est sympathique et l’hôtel propre mais pour le prix on s’attends à mieux au niveau lumière dans la pièce, chaleur et confort du matelas.
