Teleurstellend door de slechte service m.b.t onze kamer

De locatie is goed, dicht bij centrum en station.
Het ontbijt is goed, alles wat je nodig hebt is er maar er is niet echt veel keuze. De kamers zijn ruim en prima

We hadden er al een x 1 nacht overnacht , toen kregen we een kamer die nog niet schoongemaakt was...geen exuses of niks.
Nu hadden we 2 nachten geboekt en tot onze verbazing was de kamer niet schoongemaakt, bijgevuld of nagekeken op de tweede dag. Bij navraag schijnt dat de kamers om de 3 nachten wordt schoongemaakt en je zelf je w.c papier, koffie enz beneden kan halen onder de smoes van duurzaamheid. Dat doe ik thuis al , daar zit ik niet voor in een hotel van in ons geval 200 euro per nacht. Nog nooit meegemaakt en schandalig. Er werd door meer mensen daarover geklaagd zagen we. Dit kan niet en is dus ook voor ons de laatste keer dat we er geweest zijn.veel succes met deze bezuiniging.
