Pros:

Zimmer haben eine angenehme Größe, die Betten waren für uns sehr bequem, der Zimmerservice hat saubere Arbeit geleistet und das Frühstück war sehr lecker & üppig 👍🏻 (der Service beim Frühstück war super!).
Die Isolierung im Zimmer war sehr gut, wir haben kaum jemanden gehört. Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei.
Super Lage um Penang zu erkunden.

Cons:

Die Fenster sind wenig schalldicht, der Verkehr kann sehr laut sein trotz des Zimmers im 20 OG.

Good/central location, but not if you want to explore more of the beach areas. It takes at least 30-40min to reach a nice beach.

Cons:

Hotel parking exit gate, which leads to the back of the hotel (Nordin street). Have to go round the block of houses to get to the front entrance of the hotel to pick up passengers

Pleasant stay. Its a 3 star standard not a 5 stars. The quality of hotel should be lower.
Pros:

The spread was good. We enjoyed breakfast. Room needs better lighting.
facilities too minimum. Toothbrush and towels should be more ie face and hand towels.

Lighting dim. Better quality of towels. Too old still been used.
Deco on the overall hotel Should be more elegant. The price of the hotel should be at least 20% lower in comparison to the quality. More of a 3 start hotel.
