Lovely stay
Pros:

Beautiful comfortable bed. The breakfast was seriously good. Staff very sweet. Loved the water filters on each floor to fill up bottles.

The light switches especially the master switch and the wardrobe light in our room took a bit of time to figure out. Don't remember having this problem on our stay last year.

Pros:

The cafe was superb, with a good selection of buffet.
The cafe waitress ( indonesian lady) was very attentive & kind.

Cons:

The gym needs improving in terms of gym size and equipment. The gym needs to look and feel like a gym. Currently it feels like just a room with weights and treadmills.

Magnifique séjour dans un très bel hôtel
Pros:

Hôtel haut de gamme de standing international à un prix très attractif. Tout était parfait, la chambre, la piscine le petit déjeuner et le repas du soir étaient exceptionnels. Le personnel est attentionné et efficace. Nous avons eu un problème de voiture qu'ils ont résolu rapidement et avec beaucoup de professionnalisme. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement.

The shower hot water supply is delayed, requiring approximately five minutes before hot water becomes available. During this period, only cold water runs.

Additionally, the air conditioning is not operating satisfactorily. Although I reported the issue and the filter was replaced, the improvement has been limited, and the unit is still not cooling effectively.
