Never again.
Cons:

When checking out the staff member charged me for having a blood nose in my sleep. That’s pathetic!!
-& esp for someone who stayed at this hotel for 10 days last year & tipped every single member of staff working at the place (over 30 people) 200 baht each when I left plus I tipped every staff member that came to my room everyday I was there at least 200 baht each.
-never again.

Suite was clean and spacious, really helpful staff, and rooftop pool (although a little small) was amazing.

Overall good experience however could be better
Pros:

The breakfast at the property was lavish and we simply loved it. The rooms were with balcony which was very windy and fun to be looking over the sea. The pool in the property was really small and more like a plunge pool on the terrace with a bar attached. Overall a nice setting.

Cons:

The hotel was non smoking and did not allow smoking in the balcony also and advised guest to go to the pool area on the 9th floor to smoke or go on the street below. It was a put off for smokers like me. The Hotel also charged for small things as I took a laundry bag for my wet trunks or broke a glass, had to pay 250 Bhat and 150Bhat for the same. Room massage cost me 900 Bhat if booked through the hotel however the same service was available at 400 Bhat if booked directly.

Loved their service! This was our favorite stay during our entire Pattaya trip with my father. We stayed at three different beachfront hotels, and this one definitely stood out. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely smiling, and the service was excellent throughout our stay.

Cons:

The only exception was the male night-shift supervisor at the front desk, who was quite stern and cold when I approached him to pay the 2,000 baht deposit. He didn’t even say thank you, which felt a little unfriendly.

Other than that one experience, everything was perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The atmosphere was lovely, and the staff were amazing.

We had a wonderful stay. The atmosphere was peaceful, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Their excellent service made us feel truly welcome. We would definitely love to come back again!
