Loved their service! This was our favorite stay during our entire Pattaya trip with my father. We stayed at three different beachfront hotels, and this one definitely stood out. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely smiling, and the service was excellent throughout our stay.
The only exception was the male night-shift supervisor at the front desk, who was quite stern and cold when I approached him to pay the 2,000 baht deposit. He didn’t even say thank you, which felt a little unfriendly.
Other than that one experience, everything was perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again.

We had a wonderful stay. The atmosphere was peaceful, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Their excellent service made us feel truly welcome. We would definitely love to come back again!

This quite small hotel has a great location if you want to live next to the beach and enjoy having seaview from your balcony. (I recommend to reserve room with the sea view.)
Personnel is really helpfull, and love the application where you can order more soap, water or chat with reception. It is also the one where you can check all promotions.
The layout of the room might be tricky for someone. The front door opens for wash room/toilet which is separated from the rest with two sliding doors.
The pool area is quite small having only two sun umbrellas, enough for four people. If remember righr the is eight deck chairs.
Area near by is really peaceful, not for party people.
he hotel own restaurant Salt is great, and hot pot place near by is worth of visiting having also traditional thai foods as well.
Pubs aren't there, but bath buses drive the beach street constantly (15 bahts per person nowadays)

Very helpful staff. Staff at breakfast was also helpful. Boutique hotel. Nice big rooms. Pod coffee machine in the rooms are a big plus. Most things at the hotel are digital on the app which is very helpful, no need to call front desk. Breakfast place overlooking the beach was the best part of the stay. Hotel is at Jomtien beach. The beach is not clean, maybe because it is an artificial beach but it is very big and relatively empty for Pattaya. There is a small pool on the terrace overlooking the beach and the sea. Tuktuks are plenty and a relatively inexpensive mode of transport. Lot's of restaurants, massage places, 7/11's around the hotel. There are few water activities at the beach around the hotel. Hotel arranged for a very good taxi ride back to Bangkok.
Hotel needs to invest in smart TV's.
What a gem ! This hotel has great rooms, great service and great food. This is the second time we have stayed at the hotel and I felt I just had to write a glowing review. We had a deluxe sea view room which is a little different from your standard shaped new hotel room and has the shower room in the middle of the room!
Bar and small pool on the top floor make is a fantastic place for a few days break

The staffs were AMAZING, took good care of us. The facilities are well prepared and thought through. Breakfast has lots of variety and packed.
Food and drinks yumminess are still missing.
Room floor tiles feels a tiny bit not cleaned, but they have slippers.
