Ideal to be at airport for early flying

The room is spacious but the cleanliness needs to be improved. The room carpet is not so clean and yet the hotel does provide slippers even when I request for it. The bathroom shower head is too high and not removable. The hotel location is convenient as it is next to the airport.

after 40hrs of flights and travel it was a much needed rest. the room was clean and tidy, bed was nice and comfortable. check in was easy and staff friendly and helpful.
however being charged extra for services due to being a Sunday is ridiculous, considering in today's market where a 5 day week is nearly obsolete. I found this extra charge more of a con, especially with the price already paid for the room. yes street walk-ins for services should maybe charged, but hotel guests being charged extra is wrong.

Excellent breakfast but not enough plugs near bed to ensure mouse are charged.

Clean functional hotel good bar and grill and so close to departure lounge.

Very convenient nice hotel

The hotel is nice and convenient for a redeye flight.
The walls are solid concrete, so if the neighbour is making a racket, you won't hear it.
But I was bitterly disappointed by the room service order; it didn't look like the photos, but that was not a surprise.
It was as if I ordered it elsewhere and had it Ubered to my room. Most definitely not what I would expect for room service at a good hotel. Even got charged for a tray fee, but there was no tray (LOL), just a paper bag and a bamboo cutlery, yuck. won't do that again. 70 bucks for this with a bottle of sparkling water,Ouch.

Didn't realise the room would be so small. Hard to fit 2 adults, 2 large suitcases and extra baggage and there was barely enough room to move around.

When I booked the room , I was not aware it would be the snuggle room until I arrived as I dine it online. I was not aware the room did not have a tv on the room which was quite disappointing to us. For the amount of money payable, some form of small tv wouldn’t go astray. I will not not be booking there again in the future. I would rather stay home and pay the ride by uber to the airport.

If you are flying out on an early flight this is a really great option as it’s basically in the terminal. Also in all the years I have staying in hotels I have never had as quick and as good room service. Highly recommend

Made our trip to the airport very easy

Be careful what room you book as I unknowingly booked a snuggly room which was the size of a dog kennel. If I had of known the room was so ridiculously small I would not have booked it! It was so tiny my bags did not even fit in the room. There was no tv, kettle, fridge. It is half the size of a standard room so it should be half the cost!! The bathroom floor had not been cleaned when I arrived and there were lots of hairs all over the floor. Very disappointing.

This was such a great place between flights. Right outside the baggage claim area and you’d have no idea it was at an airport. The facility decor was lots of fun and our room was very comfortable.

Made my early departure a pleasant experience, after a restful night. Saved an early morning 2 hour drive.

So easy and convenient to stay here overnight between legs of a long intercontinental return home to US after delightful times in the Kimberly.
