Pros:

It’s just nearer to the station, walkable to some attractions and nice place for couples not for families

Cons:

Same breakfast everyday and bedrooms are not that good especially for kids they gave on the top and it’s very uncomfortable and not at all value for money

الموقع جدا ممتاز قريب من كل شي، مشي بالأقدام،
النظافة ، واشكر العاملين في الاستقبال علي حسن الاستقبال والابتسامة ، ومساعدتنا في العفش وحجز التاكسي للمطار، وكذلك سرعة التجاوب في اي شي نحتاجه

Pros:

Zeer goede locatie, Het hotel ligt op 15 minuten stappen vanaf station Roma Termini, alsook het (drukke) centrum ligt op 15 minuten stappen.
Wij hadden aangegeven dat we rond 11u zouden aankomen in het hotel en onze kamer was klaargemaakt om direct in te checken.
Ontbijt was voldoende gevarieerd.

Cons:

Kamer vertoont wel wat kleine tekortkomingen, in het bijzonder in het sanitair gedeelte (deur sloot niet, kraan wastafel bleef druppen).
Ook een afsluitend gordijn aan het raam (tov de straatkant) ontbrak in het sanitair deel.
Grootste nadeel was dat het lang wachten was op voldoende warm water om te douchen.

Hotel caro para o que é oferecido.
Pros:

Café da manhã bom, apesar de não ter reposição e quando o produto acaba, ficam sem repor por vários dias. A localização é boa. Apesar do hotel ficar próximo a uma rua com ladeira, fica a poucos metros do metrô e ônibus.

Cons:

O hotel apesar de ser avaliado como 4 estrelas, não tem o conforto esperado. As persianas são velhas e quebradas, onde a luminosidade atrapalha muito o sono. A cama é muito baixa e apesar do anúncio ser descrita como cama de casal, são 2 camas de solteiro juntas.

The best location and a great value with friendly service
Pros:

The staff were delightful. The location was superb. Essentially less than 12-15 minutes walking from everywhere centrally located. Via del Corse, Trevi Fountains, etc. All were so close. Super safe and many things like restuarants in the neighborhood.

Cons:

After 11am we noticed no hot water. We just took showers earlier. Otherwise, it was great.

Gutes Hotel für einen tollen Romurlaub
Pros:

Das Familienzimmer hat einen "2. Stock" im Zimmer für die Kinder. Das Bett ist über eine im Kasten versteckte Treppe erreichbar und ein tolles Abenteuer für Kinder. Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend und qualitativ ausgezeichnet.

Cons:

Der Sanitärbereich hatte einen Wasserschaden und Warmwasser gab es erst nach Reklamation. Diese wurde aber umgehend bearbeitet und das Problem gelöst.

Cons:

Firstly when we arrived we were told that they needed to give our room to a business man and to walk down the road to their other hotel and stay the night there and come back tomorrow like what the hell!! After asking for a refund they somehow managed to accomodate for us.
Secondly we requested a large bed, as normal like other hotels they join the two single beds together however the gap in-between the matress was ridiculous and the two sides weren't even on the same level and was very uncomfortable.
Thirdly, the toilet situation was just wrong, the bathroom has no door just a curtain need i say more.
I was really looking forward to spending my ladt 3 days in italy but this just honestly put a damper on everything and they really didn't care at all.
Lastly for the price they charge never again will I stay here or go to Italy for that matter.

Would stay again. Price + Location ✨
Pros:

Great location close to the popular sites, very safe, walking in the area even after dark was fine. The hotel staff especially Manuel Jos(who deserves a raise) and the breakfast staff are kind and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and well taken care of. Breakfast options were plentiful (American breakfast, fresh fruit and yogurt, meats, cheeses etc) and as soon as they run out they are replenished.

We chose this property after having an issue at another accommodation booking and even though they had no idea of this they made up for that experience 100%.

Cons:

The rooms could use a deeper cleaning. Cleaning staff were absolutely wonderful and helpful when we needed them. This issue is due to owners/management specifically not guiding them properly. I lost something in the area of the sink and had to go under the sink insert which was filthy(hair, grime & who knows what else) I was grossed out.
