Pros:

cortesia e disponibilità del personale, posizione centrale, zona ben frequentata e non troppo turistica.
Colazione varia e abbondante con molti prodotti freschi

Cons:

assistenza tecnica un po' scadente.
La cassaforte aveva bisogno di nuove batterie per funzionare, ma da venerdì al nostro arrivo fino a domenica alla nostra partenza nessuno è intervenuto

La ubicación y el aire acondicionado.

Cons:

Es un hotel de 4 estrellas que merece tener 2: habitación sucia (suelo polvoriento, cortinas de ducha y pared de baño con humedades), suelo de ducha con cal, sin separación física entre habitación y baño, poco aislamiento de luz por las noches, un día no hubo agua caliente, desayuno escaso y con mosquitos en la fruta, y por tanto, mala relación calidad-precio.

Ok for a few days but wouldn't stay again
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was great. It was well reset and restocked each day. The rooftop bar was nice.

Cons:

The reception staff weren't exactly the warmest or friendliest. When we arrived the woman looked up from the desk and back down, then started speaking Italian so we thought she was on the phone, we stood in front of her and waited for her to look up again and she just looked at us as if we were being awkward and confusing things. The lift is behind reception and she ignored us every time we walked past and as a paying guest, a simple acknowledgement or hello doesn't cost anything. We had a long journey to get there so the basic thing you'd like when you finally get to your hotel is a welcome but nope.

The room was decent and modern. For being on a busy street it was nice and quiet. The shower was good and the bed was comfortable.
While the room was restocked and reset everyday which was brilliant it wasn't fully clean there was stains in certain areas behind the sliding door to the bathroom and down the side.

Location was a lot further out of the way than described and takes about 30 minutes walk to the Colosseum and 20 mins walk to Trevi fountain. The area is in the business district so very few leisurely tourists. The lift is tiny like claustrophobic is an understatement.

Pros:

El Hotel es excelente. El proyecto y diseño arquitectónico son de un nivel superlativo. Merece un premio en un concurso de proyectos. No tengo palabras para describirlo . Una joya. El personal es muy profesional y atento .
Todo me parece recomendable. Los que quieren un buen desayuno, lo tendrán. muy, pero muy recomendable.
