Ask for a room that does not face the parking lot.
Pros:

The room was good, the bathroom had quality products, parking was easy and free, and there were several elevators. The room was new and clean.

Cons:

There is a red light inside a metal vent on one of the room’s walls — I believe it’s related to the air conditioning — and when the room is completely dark, it is very disturbing. I had to hang a bath towel over it to block the light. When I mentioned this to the front desk the next morning, they didn’t pay much attention.

Our room faced the parking lot, and the lights from outside are very bright. The curtains do not block the light well, so I had to move a lamp against them to reduce the brightness. Only after all of this were my family and I able to rest.
