Great property and location!
Pros:

Besides the simple, modern and hip lobby environment seen upon entering, it was the warm welcome and genuine smile by Melany that was most appreciated. I stay in many hotels and Melany exceeded my experiences and expectation of ensuring I knew abt the hotel and offering support. What a great asset to this hotel- she stood out amongst her colleagues.
I’ll be back.

Very comfortable room with added benefit of food and adult beverages on-site
Pros:

Spacious, clean rooms and very comfortable king bed. Modern and chic furnishings. Love the bar area...availability of various foods and beverages. Free coffee with flavoured creamer in the early morning (~ 6 am when I departed to continue my drive)

Cons:

Sink area was not cleaned thoroughly nor was there hot water from the sink faucet.

Room too hot to sleep and rest well!

The facilities, the room was big and clean.

Cons:

I was very dissatisfied with the fact that the hotel set the air conditioning thermostat at 68°F inside the rooms. We woke up sweating at 3:38 a.m. and were extremely uncomfortable. I had to go down to the lobby, and a staff member came to our room to restart the A/C but I couldn't fall asleep again! 😮‍💨

Nice new place that could be a little better
Pros:

Comfy bed - nice bathroom - good location

Cons:

We noticed a few things - TV didn't offer any streaming service - room air handler was located near the bed - we heard our neighbors above us walking around - bathroom floor slightly creaky
