Pros:

Not recommended if you value a quiet night’s sleep
Pros:

Convenient location not far from the airport and the port. The room was clean, and there’s a nice café downstairs which was a pleasant bonus.

Cons:

The street is extremely noisy, which is already challenging, but what made it worse was the housekeeping noise in the corridors (vacuuming around 10 PM). While I understand that outside noise is beyond the hotel’s control, noise from within the hotel should be better managed.

Overall, if you’re a light sleeper, I would strongly recommend bringing good quality earplugs or considering another option.

Pros:

J’ai du rester dans cette ville car les ferry était cancelle à cause de la température .
L’hôtel m’a très bien accueillit et j’ai dû prolonger le séjour du à l’arrêt des ferry .
L’hôtel a été très compréhensive et d’une gentillesse incroyable .
Le mail ce fait très bien en tuk tuk .
Excellent rapport qualité prix

Had the best stay in Dumaguete at PVL Suites, definitely will be coming back to stay in the future.
Pros:

Location was prime. Having a 7eleven below the hotel was a plus! Staff was very attentive to my needs, always smiling very helpful. The pillows/mattress/sheets very clean and comfortable. Room was very clean and spacious.

Cons:

It would be nice if the noise from the street filtering into the room would be controlled especially at night.

Lovely hotel with very convenient location. Very close to the airport.
Pros:

Room was clean and I love the modern look. Close to food places and laundry facilities. Bed and the pillows were so comfortable!

Cons:

The hot water in the shower didn’t work properly.

One of the best accomodations we have stayed at as a family!
Pros:

We Loved the 2 bedroom suite, very spacious for us and the kids. Very clean, modern and there is a cafe just downstairs!

Cons:

Nothing! We will stay again when we travel to Dumaguete!
