Pros:

The staff were fantastic and the room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Too many steps to get up to the room. As I have a crook knee.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were kind
Pros:

The family suite was comfortable and clean. Lovely Vietnamese restaurants for take away next door as pub doesn’t do meals.

Cons:

It’s above a pub, but you can access it without going through the pub. Although I didn’t know that at first. Road is pretty noisy.

Pros:

The room I stayed in was spotless. The hallways were clean and inside the bar area the gaming room was also very well presented. The website was misleading as it said there was a restaurant on-site and the restaurant has been closed for a few years.

Cons:

There were a lot of stairs, and there was not a lift available. As I had recently had surgery, I found it very hard to manage the stairs. I did tell the staff member that I had difficulty with stairs, but no offer was made to assist me.
