Pros:

Room was quieter and more comfortable than expected (above a busy pub).

Cons:

Despite the ad,no breakfast avalable. Insufficient staff numbers, so nobody around for either check in or out

Expected much better
Pros:

The property was clean and well appointed, away from the bar area etc. Mano Cafe around the corner for breakfast. Staff were very helpful.

Cons:

Our first night was great.
The second night a band was playing in the Back Room. We were told once our booking was accepted that if a band did play it would finish at 11pm, wrong it was midnight and extremely loud.
I would not have booked if I had been told prior it was a live music venue. 🥲
There is no lift, we had very heavy bags for our flight. We were advised once our room was checked our $100 deposit would be refunded. Not right. I had to call 3 days later to get the refund . Some attachments in the bathroom are in need of repair.

Pleasant staff and fulfilled a purpose, but doubt we will return.
Pros:

Room was clean and of a good size, and staff pleasant.

Cons:

Did not realise the hotel was combined with a bottle shop. Parking not remotely secure, beds are hideously soft. Window in bathroom would not close, and significant mold could be seen inside the air con ducts.

The staff were fantastic and the room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable.

Too many steps to get up to the room. As I have a crook knee.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were kind
Pros:

The family suite was comfortable and clean. Lovely Vietnamese restaurants for take away next door as pub doesn’t do meals.

Cons:

It’s above a pub, but you can access it without going through the pub. Although I didn’t know that at first. Road is pretty noisy.
