Tolles Hotel mit freundlichen Personal

das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet

Cons:

Due U-Bahn Station war nicht nutzbar da Reparaturen im Gange waren - leider konnte uns das Personal keine hinreichenden Informationen zu Alternativen geben.

Das Hotelzimmer war sehr sauber, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das gesamte Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war qualitativ sehr hochwertig, tolle Auswahl und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.

Good hotel/ POOR STAFF

Property is well maintained and well located.

Cons:

Staff were very rude. They took 15 minutes to allocate the room - for cleaning and preparation of the room even after I arrrive 1500 hours. So essentially the room was not ready. Additionally I dialed them up for info on credit card deductions (there were two deductions - one with room rent + 50 euros & one room rent with all expenses - breakfast) and the person on phone was so rude and curt when explaining this stuff - very poor way to explain to customer. Last month I stayed in Atlantic Heidelberg and now with this one rude phone behavior they lost me / will never stay in Atlantic.

Cons:

I struggled a little bit on identifying a temporary parking slot to confirm my advance booking at reception. I understand that due to the location of the hotel, it's difficult to allocate a temporary parking space nearby but a signboard in front of the reception guiding the cars can be parked temporarily in the under ground car parking with the ticket will be helpful. I see this message that the cars be parked temporarily for 2 euros per hour when I take a diversion to the parking area but it would be good if we have this message somewhere near the reception so that the people driving able to notice it. In my case, I couldn't able to notice it while driving near to the hotel so I parked in Grugahalle parking slot for 8 euros and then confirm my booking at the reception and then parked my car in the hotel parking slot which is a bit of inconvenience and added additional 30 mins. Rather than the cost, people with time pressure or late night arrivals will have issues.

Habitacion sin aire acondicionado imposible dormir 32 grados en el interior y no ofrecian ninguna solucion. en un hotel de 4 estrellas superior eso es vergonzoso.
