Nice rooms, super clean and comfortable. Great staff.
The only thing I thought they could improve on was in room entertainment. Don't get me wrong, new TV with Direct TV and movie channels. But most places these days usually hve a setup to allow you to log into your own services like Netflix, prime, etc. That's would have been nice to have. But I dont think I would call it a complaint. More of an observation.
Room was very clean. Concierge was very helpful.
Breakfast was very disappointing. There was only scrambled eggs, sausage patties, fruit and cold cereal. It’s such a nice hotel breakfast should have been better. We had to find another place for breakfast. We were quite upset.

The staff are amazing here! Plus the hotel is new, the rooms are huge, the quality of the bed, bathroom and room features is excellent. Definitely my favorite place in the whole region!
Nice breakfast,coffee in the lobby with a snack,easy free parking in a garage next to hotel, located right in the middle of the Main Street, room was spacious, bed was comfortable with luxury bedding
Hotel was very nice. Parking was in a parking garage right behind the property. Only issue there was we were on motorcycles and had to carry our 4 bags and all our gear down some stairs to get to a cart to the elevator but not a huge deal. Room was very cozy and the terrace looking out over Concord was very nice.

I was there to attend a family wedding and was offered a free stay at a different hotel to stay for free, but I decided to stay there instead.
The hotel is very nice nd clean room, people were very friendly, worth every penny, located in downtown Concord, close walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Free parking Better than the big chain hotels, worth the money.

Really enjoyed our stay for a quick overnight visiting schools in the area. Centrally located on main st which was a huge plus as we wanted to walk around in the morning and shop. Beautiful spacious rooms, comfortable bed. Coffee in the room. Free water. A huge modern bathroom and wonderful shower. Incredibly friendly front desk. They were really helpful when we had questions about dinner, parking etc (o steaks is delish). From the fourth floor, a view of the top of the parking garage that then looked out over the landscape was actually kind of lovely. Highly recommend.

Very nice centrally-located hotel, spacious rooms with a fridge that has a small freezer section, designed for an ice tray - I used it to keep my ice pack frozen. Complimentary water in the rooms and a great coffee vending machine in the lobby. Keurig maker in the rooms. Hotel parking is in the parking garage next door. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Such a beautiful hotel, the staff were so nice and accommodating. I slept like a baby and the black out curtains were so helpful. The bathrooms were beautiful and spotless.
Very close to the entertainment venue with easy access to some good local restaurants. Recommend the Curry Leaf for any fan of Indian food.
